Near the Galerías Pacífico

The hotel is located at a convenient location of Buenos Aires and most tourist destinations can be reached in walking distance. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby so that visitors can buy daily use items. Bus and train staions are nearby. The room is clean and reasonbly spacious. Breakfast is reasonable both in quantity and choice. Wifi is fairly weak and unreliable in room but much better in hotel lobby. I do, however, recommend Cero 5 Restaurant next to the hotel which serves great food at reasonble prices.

Las fotografías publicadas de las habitaciones no se corresponden con la realidad del hotel. Existe una diferencia evidente entre lo que se ofrece en los medios de promoción y el estado real de las instalaciones, lo que genera una expectativa que no se cumple al momento de la estancia. Adicionalmente, los precios del bar resultan excesivos y poco transparentes, generando una sensación constante de sobrecosto por servicios básicos. A ello se suma una deficiente política de atención al cliente, caracterizada por una falta de disposición para atender reclamos o brindar soluciones adecuadas. Finalmente, las instalaciones del hotel se perciben antiguas, con un mantenimiento insuficiente y un evidente deterioro, lo cual afecta de manera significativa la experiencia general del huésped. En conjunto, la estancia resulta insatisfactoria y muy por debajo de lo esperado.

Small bath room sometime no toilet paper and short on soap and leaking inside room from air conditioner called front desk never came up Old plumbing and hotel Never stay there again

The staff were very attentive but the place is running down. The Hotel needs TLC and maintenance.I opened the door and I found a roach in my room from that point I was really disappointed at this place. The mattress my son sleep on was uneven as it was worn out. Not coming back to this place.

Excellent staff, they let us early check in at 7 am without any extra charge, very good in communication and offered help on anything we asked

The reception staff was very helpful and accommodating with an early check in available and a few hours extra checking out. Nice lobby area to wait for taxi to airport.
