not worth the price paid 250 bucks a night

The room was clean but the entire property is very dated.

I am disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not match the photos shown online, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The wash basin had yellow stains, and the couch bedsheet had visible stains and marks. I have photographs of these issues and can provide them if required. Given the poor condition of the room and the difference between the advertised and actual accommodation, I believe the stay did not provide value for money.

Room was quite old, but spacious, and well furnished. Staff was great

First impression, the room had really strong cigarette smell, so much it hurt my throat. At first glance the room seemed clean but looking closely it was very poorly maintained. I did not even trust that the sheets were even changed from the last guest. The shower is red so it was hard to see if it had been cleaned properly. Generally the hotel looked unkept and poorly maintained. Pool was empty and the breakfast area was dirty. I could not even eat my “free breakfast”. My friend, at a different room, had a bug bite on her arm in the morning, so we all checked out and transferred hotels on the first day, even though we had reservations for 3 nights. The staff was friendly and helped us with the process.

They made us pay for the parking separately, but it wasn’t written on the listing that parking is not included.

The only thing good about this place was the beds were soft. The room smelled like an ashtray the AC was set to 14 so when we arrived at midnight the place was freezing. Very disappointed at the cost for this place

We were placed in the back. No photos show this area. Was disappointed and was not happy with the hotel, the area, the grounds, the room.

The one light in our room was not strong. The bed was not comfy at all. The room definitely needs a touch up, but just to sleep for the night, not horrible. Staff was really nice though!

Pillow and bed not in good condition.Terrible air condition too noisy we couldn’t sleep at all.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. There were fecal streaks in the toilet and whiskers in the sink. This is a very run down and poorly maintained property. We left shortly after check in.

Staff is helpful, room is clean and parking is lots of space.

Staff were nice, the property is tired and needs some updating but the price was right. Can't understand why we have to pay extra for parking though!

For the price point it was good. The staff was helpful and the stay was what we expected for the cost. Parking was an additional $10, the room was tidy and had ample towels. The continental breakfast again matched the price point. Just be aware of the distance from the hotel to the falls, however it was an easy fix as we found $10 parking within a ten minute drive.
