I'm a Canadian, in a Canadian Hotel and can't access Canadian network news content on the TV, but all the American network news channels are available. I won't be booking any Comfort Inns at any point in the future. And no reply from the front desk, other than "i'll get back to you."

Comfortable, clean and cozy room Staff very helpful Great spot location

The maids slam the doors in the mornings, and slam their carts around in the halls. The hot tub is under maintenance and will continue to be for a minimum of 2 months. The restaurant listed was not open at all during our stay.

No mini fridge

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel and rooms were very clean, newly renovated. The only thing we would have liked was if it had a fridge and micriwave. It was excellent for the price. Would definitely recomend this hotel to anyone.

There was so many bed bugs in the bedrooms. I have severe rashes ll over my body. I am never going there again.

Friendly, helpful and happy staff. Basic room that was clean and comfortable. Pool clean and of comfortable temperature. Hot tub was out of order.

Quiet, clean room. IHOP right next door.

I realize that it’s hard to control however there seemed to be a hockey tournament going on and the kids were very loud late into the night

The room and staff were really great.

We had booked a room with Fridge and Microwave, however, when we checked in, we were allotted a room without both appliances. when we contacted the Front desk, they were very accommodating and they switched the rooms. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely revisit again and recommend to others

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. My daughter and I went there for Thanksgiving. We did have to drive however to go down to the Falls, but parking at the hotel was included in our stay which most other hotels it was not it was very quiet. There was not a lot of people there and they had a nice pool and Hot Tub. It was small but it was a good size. I would definitely go back again.

Cons: No breakfast. Pool area was slippery. Bed was a rock. Pros: Close to ammenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet and affordable.

The room was dark and dingy. the lights between the bed did not have a knob to turn them on and the lamp shades were old, cracked and dirty. the only other light that worked was a lamp in the corner. The shade was the same, old and dirty. The beds were horrible. the bedding looked like it was 50 years old along with the pillows. The beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom was ok as it was clean. This place looked good from the outside and the lobby looked nice as well but the rooms need a major update!!!! For the price that hotels charge per night this was disgusting!!! Will not return to this Hotel again.
