The hotel is centrally located and convenient to get to the main street. The room is not spacious, but still it is enough. The facilities are a bit not modern, say limited electronic plugs, but still we were satisfied with it. Moreover, the wifi facility should be further improved as the hotel just allowed one person to access to wifi but not all.

Clean and modern

Not the best experience overall, but I will commend the cleanliness of the rooms and amenities. The downfall came with my experience and lack of direction with underground parking. No signage and a very unappealing unwelcome pathway from the basement to reception. A true hazard that could easily be kept clear and clean as to avoid any injuries. Poolside restaraunt and bar was nice, but had lack of towels available when I arrived. Staff were friendly and had moved me into a new room on request due to aircon unit not cooling enough for me. New room was great and then my experience improved. I understand the hotel is undergoing maintenance and refurbishments, but could do much better to improve.

Staff were amazing. Location great and beds very comfortable. Great buffet breakfast for $25. Main issue is the major renovations being undertaken. Pool area in particular very noisy. Guests should have been advised by management prior to arriving and offered discounted rates.

Good location to access the city. The breakfast was excellent good choice and fresh. Staff were helpful and friendly. Disappointed that there was little prior notification of the refurbishment work going on. The jack hammer noise during the day reverberated throughout the hotel, with no offer of any compensation to the guests

Noisy with renovations, rooms was ok, staff where very friendly/helpful

I was disappointed with the lack of support when my 14yo autistic daughter got electrocuted by the room hairdryer it blew all our power circuits which were fixed, yet only an apology was offered - sorry mam. I requested for burn cream as the shock blew out of hair dryer and burnt her arm near wrist. Apart from the cream and a sorry no offer to seek medical care until the next day when we were to fly out I asked for them to get a doctor as she was experiencing pain down her arm since the shock- which they couldn’t do they just offered to call me a taxi or ambulance so I could take her to the hospital. This should have been promptly done at the time of the incident not an afterthought when I was the one who requested it. I didn’t feel the follow up or lack of was adequate and level of support in this situation was poor. Good, attentive customer service is what separates excellence from average. Thank you I hope this feedback is taking constructively for future guests.
