The hotel may be fine for two people, but I would not recommend the family rooms for families with children. The room was quite small, with very limited closet and storage space. Also, the “king-size” bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, which became very uncomfortable because the beds have wheels and kept separating during the night.
The children’s sleeping area was never advertised as a bunk bed, otherwise I would not have booked this room. What we found was a convertible sofa bed turned into bunk beds, located next to a floor-to-ceiling glass window. It felt unstable for bigger kids and potentially unsafe for smaller children.
Overall, this hotel may work better for couples, but families with children should carefully review the room setup before booking.
