Hotel entrance is not easy to find, we stayed 3 nights there, breakfast was good and service is really good too..room is a bit small but it is good enough for two person

As a Hotels.com's valued Gold Member, I travel around the world, and I booked over 150 nights in a year. I've never had such terrible experience with any hotel in the world, not to mention luxury hotels. This hotel is the worst ever. One of the cleaning staff, a tall and strong guy, opened my door by using his card while I was taking a shower. I came out wearing my towel and I was terrified. I asked him why he could come in to the room when a hotel guest was still in the room. He didn't apologize to me, but talked a lot in a language that I don't know, perhaps Portugalese or Romanian. I told him to leave. This is not the worst part yet. In about 2 hours later, while I was enjoying the food that I ordered from room services, this same guy opened the door in my room AGAIN without even knocking by his card again. I was so shocked what kind of "luxury" room that was. I spent over 220 euro for one night, but I didn't enjoy any penny of my spending. I got scared, terrified and horrified. I told him to leave immediately, and I called the receptionist. However, the receptionist didn't do anything to resolve the situation, and didn't reimburse me anything to apologize. This hotel claimed to be a luxury hotel with extremely overcharging price. It terriblly sucks. As a Hotels.com's Gold Member, I strongly suggest Hotels.com to downgrade its rating to one star.

SAXE EIFFEL整體設計延續鉄塔的意象，雖然不算豪華，但很有質感。尤其位於單純的巷子內，方便而不喧鬧，非常寧靜。 前檯人員親切耐心，就算面對我癟腳的英語，也會仔細說明。早餐選擇雖然不多，但很精緻、服務人員慇勤有禮，且令人感覺很自在，就像回到自己的家。 旅館提供的自行車服務，陪我輕鬆逛遍巴黎市區，深入大街小巷，想像自己也過著巴黎人的生活.... 很希望與所有好朋友分享這美好的旅館經驗。

I wanted to look for a hotel which is not under any international management groups. This one is very nice; 25-min walk to Tour Eiffel along Av. de Suffren and 8-min walk to the nearest metro station SEGUR.

I stayed at Hotel Villa Saxe Eiffel for 2 days, overall it is good to stay as the area is cozy and just about 10 mins walk to subway station. However, it is a bit far from Eiffel Tower which takes around 30 mins walk to there.

At first, I chose this hotel due to safety, but it ended up really well! The hotel was nice and people there were professional and helpful. We were concerning the distance from the hotel to train stations. However, it was actually not too bad. Moreover, there were many lines in this area, which made easier to travel in Paris. Overall, it is a great hotel. I will definitely book it again next time.

環境清靜，房間乾淨，慢慢行去鐵塔都係20分鐘，但酒店位置難找！

Was a good stay overall. The room was fairly spacious and well equipped. The cleanness was okay. My room had a smell came from the toilet throughout the stay. A coffee machine in suite could be nice. The staff overall was nice but not sure if it was because of language barrier but one particular staff keep making things sound like a problem that made me a bit uncomfortable. E.g. I forgot to include my girlfriend in the reservation so the local tax needs to be added. They made it sound as if our reservation might be in jeopardy but they could just charge it. Also my uber eats order came to the front desk and they called me twice and then repeated it again when I got down to pick it up that they’re not allowed to accept the order. I’m sure they don’t mean to be rude but it was a bit confusing to me.

Super comfy rooms, best staff, great location - it’s my home away from home! The front desk team and the senior management - everyone is so kind and helpful. I’ll be back :)

I had a good stay at this hotel. It was close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The breakfast in the lounge looked really good but I didn't partake. Breakfast was offered but I would say if you are looking for a hotel with full room service, this isn't the best choice. I knew this when I booked but there was the ability to order using an Otely site. The site was supposed to allow you to order take out from nearby restaurants that would be delivered to your room. One day I had a long day of touring around Paris and was really tired so I decided to try it out but the site wasn't working. This site isn't owned by the hotel so it wasn't their fault but wanted to mention just so others are aware to plan ahead. Oh and FYI, the hotel lounge has better hot chocolate than the nearby restaurants. I tried hot chocolate at 2 restaurants near the hotel and the lounge's hot chocolate was much better. The staff was great and friendly. The room was small compared to American hotels but I thought it was just enough space for two.

Excellent! We stayed here in 2014 and this time it was just as amazing. Tucked away from the noisy street, clean, good location, above and beyond staff, wonderful breakfast buffet. We will return for sure!! 10 Stars!!
