DElta needs to replace their towels and provide more. Only 2 old bare towels isn’t appropriate for the cost. Breakfast is expensive for the quality. Pancakes were cold and crusty.

Great location. Clean room though sheets on the sofabed were dirty when we got there and it hadn't been set up despite our reservation being for 4 people with only a king bed and sofa bed. Staff were nice but had to ask a few times for things like sheets, pillows and towels. King bed was very comfy! Pool is clean and kid friendly which was fantastic for us traveling with 2 young kids. Very close to Metro station and bus stops so we could get all over town with our Metro pass easily. It was a great stay and we would stay here again!

The stay in Delta hotel in Montreal was excellent. The staff treated us very well and we enjoyed the breakfasts. Hope to return!

Very central to the downtown core and metro

Overall experience was great, carpets need more attention, feel like this hotel had a lot of miles on it.

Great location, central to Metro, lots of shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. Rooms and amenities were clean. Beds were comfortable. One suggestion would be to have a more affordable breakfast buffet, or complimentary coffee in the lobby. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay.

This was a very comfortable hotel with good amenities, and they even had the World Cup playing in the lobby which was lots of fun

Over everything was good

I would have given this review 5 stars but the pool area was incredibly disappointing. It was very small, which would have been fine if it wasn’t for the public swimming lessons being offered in the pool! It was also very very dirty on the pool deck and had a bad odor most of the time. Other than that his hotel was incredible for our needs. Marie-Josee Pepin made our stay that much more memorable. It was our youngest daughter’s birthday and they gave her a handwritten note, balloons and some cupcakes for her special day!

Good location and the food at the restaurant was good. Parking garage is under construction and needs more signage and mirrors to see around the corners. When I got to the room and noticed there was no balcony, I called the front desk and said I believed my room was to include a balcony. The front desk said my booking did not include a balcony although it was advertised on Expedia as the rooms included a balcony. They were not willing to make any accommodation; they didn’t even offer for me to pay to upgrade the room. I was not impressed with the service.

The hot tub was contaminated with short, coarse hairs that the kids became aware of only after they had climbed in. That reality disgusted and immediately neutralized our group’s inclinations to use the pool facilities.

We had a wonderful stay. Nice clean rooms. Good food. Nice staff.
