The location is good which is near to city center and shopping mall. The breakfast is especially good, many choice. I like the original honey very much. Room is pretty clean.

房間內可遠望到科隆大教堂

오래됨이 느껴지는 호텔 입니다.하지만 청결하고 침대의 상태도 좋아요. 냉장고에 무료로 맥주와 몇가지 음료로 매일 채워 줍니다. 쾰른 성당과 쾰른 역과의 거리도 걸어서 갈만 한 거리여서 중간에 호텔에서 잠시 쉬었다가 나가기도 좋은 위치예요. 다음에 쾰른에 가게되면 다시 풀만 호텔에 머물고 싶어요.

Merkeze yakın oldukça kaliteli bir otel. Temiz ve düzenliydi. Minibar doluydu ve ücretsiz. Odamızın canımdan Katedrali görebiliyorduk. Kesinlikle öneririm.

Checked in the first night and room given was not cleaned. Was left dirty from previous resident. Was offered a minor upgrade though

Room was brilliant! Everything we needed! The hotel was located close enough to the main town, but far enough outside that it wasn't too busy, and was easy to find. Loved the complimentary bottles of water, cola, and apple juice. Bed was huge and comfy! Overall a fab stay! Bit gutted that we couldn't go the the cocktail bar on the top floor as it closes in January, but I guess we'll just have to come back to try it!

Rooms were spotless, kind staff, great location

Rooms were comfortable with good shower pressure. It was disapointing that the Sauna hours were limited to 5pm -10pm during the weekdays. This is unreasonable, as guests cannot access the Sauna during the day
