位置很好，鄰近廣場，看歌舞表演﹑逛古蹟都很方便。設施稍嫌陳舊了些，但也算清潔的。

Good attention and service

En la ciudad había lluvia y cuando llegué al hotel no había luz. Afortunadamente llegó al poco tiempo y me asignaron una habitación que tenía el baño inundado de agua e insectos en una de las camas. Me reubicaron de habitación pero esta no contaba con agua caliente en la regadera, pedí asistencia a recepción pero muy fácil se lavaron las manos diciéndome que no había personal de mantenimiento y no pude bañarme todo ese día. El hecho de que un hotel no tenga agua caliente es inaceptable pero más que no puedan ayudarte a resolver el problema si están prestando un servicio es su responsabilidad al menos intentar ayudar al huésped y no solo decir que no se puede.

Property is about the best location possible. Rooms are severely outdated and AC didn’t work well, Mérida is very hot. I left the hotel and gave them 4 nights back and got no refund, so they happily sold the room again… you’re welcome.

The only thing that I can complain about the facility is the receptionist; they were not helpful and they seem to be bothered everytime I asked something. The location was excellent and with easy access to ammenities; despite the shortcoming with the staff, I will ignore that and definitely stay there again.

Honestly, one the best hotels I stayed at. Clean, affordable, nice staff, and walking distance to main attractions in Merida. Will be booking Hotel Caribe on my next trip to Merida.

Las instalaciones ya están deterioradas, el aire acondicionado deja mucho que desear, no cambiaron las sabanas sucias del día anterior, el baño olía a cigarro, la chica de la recepción muy seca, no incluye desayuno, el estacionamiento esta como a dos cuadras del hotel y lo peor es que perdí mi celular, rastreándolo salía la ubicación en el hotel pero no nos lo entregaron

El hotel está viejo, el cuarto muy pequeño, y está mal cuidado, olía entre humedad y veneno mata cucarachas... El estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras (cierran a las 10pm y abren a las 7am) (nuestro vuelo salía temprano, así que tuvimos que pagar uno de 24 hrs) Está muy bien ubicado, pero las fotos y la realidad es muy diferente

We checked out after one hour of checking in at 930pm and walked down the street with large baggage in tow and stayed at a different place. Fixing the crappy accommodations (literally crappy--it's smell) on a Friday night after travel was not feasible. I consider the money a total loss. There are perfectly fine hotels in the neighborhood. Either Expedia or Hotel Caribe or both use photos on the Expedia website that woefully misrepresent what you are purchasing. Expedia should refund the total amount or do better research for the product they peddle. More than 15 years using Expedia, never a bad review. Expedia dropped the ball on this one using poor advertising.

El hotel es muy lindo y tiene lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia sin llegar a ser muy lujoso. La ubicacion es muy buena y permite llegar a restaurantes y tiendas caminando.

Está descuidado el hotel en verdad se ve bonitas fotos pero la realidad está muy descuidado, la alberca el agua muy turbia se ve que no la limpian se ve muy descuidada el mantenimiento en general lástima por que si tiene zonas bonitas y se vería muy bonito si estuviera más cuidado ya ir está en una zona muy privilegiada en corazón del centro histórico

El personal es muy amable en todo momento, las instalaciones y habitaciones muy comodas, y muy buena ubicación a una cuadra del centro de Merida. La habitación te la entregan hasta las 15:00 hrs pero te dan oportunidad de resguardar tu equipaje y la habitación la puedes entregar hasta la 13:00 hrs.
