非常非常非常糟的體驗，我們家庭旅遊超過30個國家，只有這家飯店說不允許帶東西進飯店吃。重點是在預訂時也沒有提醒顧客有這個規定，櫃檯人員態度非常差，這不是該有的服務態度。絕對不推薦。

是個悠久的飯店，服務人員極為禮貌，動作優雅；設備相對老舊，反而別有風味；想體驗傳統風格的人，可以來嘗試。

Very nice

The hotel is a historical building, interior is a bit run down than what shown in the pictures. Our room is quite big with a sofa bed. The only concern we had was the bath tub drainage was slow and reflux occurred. Talked to the staff in frontdesk before we went for our day, but no one came fixing it at the end. Generally a good stay.

Perfect location - easy walk to the water taxis and the st marks square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff is welcoming.

Good location just outside the busy center but very accessible. Beautiful lobby and communal area. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Absolutely loved our stay, staff were so helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location for accessing all the major sights and there are loads of bars and restaurants literally on your doorstep. Definitely recommend it 👍

Great stay. Very clean and well serviced. Breakfast team were great. Reception very helpful. Hotel is very well situated in the city away from the main tourist area but an easy walk away.

Tunnelmallinen hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla, joka oli rauhallinen, mutta lähellä nähtävyyksiä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamupala hyvää. Ainoana miinuksena altaan käyttö oli rajoitettu puoleen tuntiin päivässä. Erityisesti nyt keväällä, kun ei ollut ruuhka-aika, olisi vuoro voinut olla vähän pidempi.

Je connais cet hôtel depuis très longtemps et je m'y sens chez moi.Les chambres villa Cécilia sont superbes :il faudrait penser a rajouter une petite étagère et une petite barre pour se tenir dans la douche

Everything was superb

Beautiful hotel with nice decor and Murano glass fixtures all over the lobby and room. Staff available 24 hours in the lobby and helped us get a water taxi to the airport for a very early flight. On a nice, quiet side street but close to get to the main sites and water taxis. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options and plenty of seating, cappuccinos were just ok. Pool table and bar in the lobby were great to have. Room was nice and unique with our bed in a loft area and the kids beds down the stairs. Only bummer was that the little pool in the courtyard was not heated.

Super classic Venice very nice

The staff was rude, there was no tea/ coffee, or Kleenex in the room. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the tub plug doesn’t work, so you couldn’t have a bath. The bed and pillows were old and the chairs were wiggly. The pool was not open, and the restaurant was unavailable. But mostly the rude staff was very unwelcoming. This hotel ruined our visit to Venice. Do not stay here.
