Corey the GM is an absolute delight as well as the rest of the staff. My parents ended up booking a room at the hotel as well & I requested a room close to them & Corey had no problem making that happen. We then decided to book another room for my teenagers across the hall as their attitudes became unbearable for me LOL. We all enjoyed our time. Breakfast was delicious. Only down side is the hot tub is standing only there were no benches, which sucked as I was battling a severe shoulder muscle issue and would have enjoyed being able to sit down

loved sitting out in the atrium where the pool and hot tub are. Great gathering place also away from the pool with our group. The restaurant is large and the staff were very accommodating with the meals and service. Breakfast was great. Good variety each day. We will be back again. Thank you Baymont

I called ahead to see if the hot tub was working the pool and the hot tub were both closed. I wouldnt have wasted my money. If i would have know. Also the breakfast was a joke. Eggs; toast; pancake and small burnt sausage. No where to get water. Zero fruit. Not impressed. Will not be staying again.

The garden and the pool. Pool and hot tub are clean and perfect temperatures. It's the perfect place to bring my grandson we can walk and enjoy our evenings without going out side. Breakfast is great with amazing kitchen staff! They are great with my grandson and super friendly! Highly recommend!

The open plan layout of this suite was not worth the price paid. There was no separation of the bed and the sitting area. The heat exchange or air conditioner was so close to the bed that I banged my knee getting out of bed. I had to be careful getting in and out of bed to avoid hurting myself again. The bathroom was underwhelming. The place was old. Understandably, they were just bought out by another company. Thank goodness for the amazing front desk staff whose customer service could be performed in their sleep. Genuine smiles and helpfulness were pure satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, and if you ask beforehand, dietary needs could be met. They still accommodated guests with dietary needs on the spot. The hot tub was not relaxing as one has to stand, and there's no separate area between the pool and the hot tub. The pool area was set up quite nicely with plants and a sitting area with tables to eat it was beautiful to look over out of the window.

Room was clean, beds were nice, rest of the facility is run down. Parking lot is in rough shape. Continental breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Well it was the last room available just a queen bed and a stained couch. I was there for a hockey tournament most parents paid $109 I got told $300 a night. it’s the last room. Just robbery , then 30 kids in the pool screaming till 10:30 pm , then in the hallways. I have kids I get it. But nobody parented these ones. Ran the hotel. Staff couldn’t keep up with it

The rooms coming out into the pool were very unique! My 6 year ole loved it. Overall cleanliness of the hotel wasn't the best and it is definitely needing some TLC but the staff were friendly and welcomingZ

Breakfast was very good and had variety of items,staf was very friendley and helpful, courtyard is beautiful and areas very clean, hot tub is small but hot and relaxing., good location close to other convience stores and restaurant.

Nice, clean upgraded rooms. Hotel staff very nice. Pool and surrounding area was helpful for kids, stayed for a volleyball tournament. Decent & simple breakfast buffet offerings with proteins, fresh fruit, oatmeal, pancakes and granola, juices and coffee. Hotel was going through renovations while we stayed there.

We never got a chance to use the pool or hot tub due to large group from schools using the facility. Pool area was really cool. Our bathroom wall had small pcs of toilet paper stuck to the wall. Buffet that was happening at supper wasnt overly great but the breakfast that is included was amazing. Beds were clean and comfortable. Be prepared to get your steps in.

Hot tub was murky. Area around pool was dirty. Storage and mess behind tables in group seating area by pool. Tables dirty. When we offered to clean the area we were given a dirty cloth to clean it. Then power went out in our room when we were getting ready to leave. Could not call front desk when power went out in room because phone did not work. Could not finish getting ready. Told front desk at checkout but they said they could not do anything for our stay because we booked with expedia. Then charged or cc more than expedia price. Not happy.

Excellent and beautiful place to stay! The pool room is so gorgeous and peaceful. Staff at front desk were more than exceptional, very friendly! Room was amazing very clean and spacious.
