The room was clean and the hotel itself was amazing. The elevator was a little sketchy. It makes a lot of noise and was cramped. It needed to be cleaned but other than that everything was amazing

The room we stayed in (I’m assuming it was one of the rooms that hadn’t been renovated yet) was terrible. Other parents on the ball team we were with commented “we’ve seen worse” but my god I hope they didn’t. The carpet was stained, the walls and doors were dirty, the sheets didn’t fit properly on the bed and kept coming off, and the stairwell smelled like 1981. I wanted to check out early, sleep in my vehicle and just eat the $180 we spent to spend the night. The front desk staff were arguing with each other about the breakfast tickets you had to get each morning at the front desk. I will say though that the front desk staff were very understanding about a terrible nosebleed my son had during the night.

Stayed there when our kids were young (90’s). So glad they are renovating.

Stayed here two relaxing nights. Great tasting breakfast in the mornings. Pool area had a great warm hot tub. Inside the pool was very relaxing with their salt water system. Kept floating for awhile. Nice to see the skylights above. Used the fitness facility. It was good also. One machine is still to be repaired. However it was still good. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice also to be close to Rotary Park area for a picnic.

In general was a very good stay

The ladies at the front desk were happy & helpful! Marguarite was esp sweet & funny about the walk about to the other side of the hotel & where the elevator was over there - all good once you went once. The pool area was amazing but so many children, so couldn't use it or the hot tub

Staff was nice but the whole place is dated and not well maintained. The lobby, breakfast, and pool area were grimy. The room was okay. No hand sanitizer in any of the lobby dispensers either.

This time my stay was amazing. The pool was open and I came with a dog. And the staff was amazing. Very, very helpful. The first room was way too hot. I don't think the air conditioner was working. But they quickly moved me and the puppy was happy.!

Besides the bed being a double when the listing said it was a queen and the bed was absolutely terrible to sleep on, but for 100 dollars the value was amazing with the pool and the hot tub and the breakfast was really decent too. I would stay here again in a pinch for sure

We liked the salt water pool

Unfortunately our tv did not work for the whole stay - a kind gentleman came and fixed it but then all we were getting was the ads for the motel - no tv shows / no streaming options Workout room / tv broken / Some equipment broken - treadmill was basic as the” fun stuff” that connector was broken - wish the pool had some earlier hours Nice touch to have a fan in the room - all other things were fine

Very nice staff and clean

the hotel is not soundproof , we can hear people talking outside, doors banging and footsteps . If you want to have a restful sleep , Goodluck ! Breakfast was okay, but staff needs to check on refills .

We were unhappy with our stay. During the whole stay the AC was not working, as if only hot air was only coming out. We tried calling the front desk but the room phone was not working as well. The lobby is quite far from the room. Next is that the pictures on Expedia does not match the room we were offered. The photos on Expedia are the building and room that are under construction. Meanwhile we were given old room with old furniture. There was no notification that the parking spot was on an empty lot gravel. It was big safety concern as well. I understand the building was under construction but the carpet in the corridor and stairwell cases were horribly disgusting and stinky for a hotel representation. Won't ever recommend this place. Also concern being a health hazard. The swimming pool had chlorine and the smell could reach the lobby as well.
