Lovely hotel in the centre of town but in a quiet road.

Parking… a little busy , but main town parking available from a 5 min walking distance

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem herrlichen Innenhof. Wir hatten ein modernes neu renoviertes sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und hilft bei Restaurantbuchungen und Tipps. Lage ist sehr zentral und fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fiussläufig erreichbar. Frühstück ist gut und man kann jederzeit einen Kaffee oder Tee trinken. Kann Hotel nur enpfehlen weiter so.

Beautiful, clean hotel in the heart of Seville. Easy walking to everything. Only a minimal complaint was the echo and the ability to hear everything in the courtyard while we were in our room. Fortunately, the other guests were considerate, but if they hadn't been, it may have not been such a great experience.

The public areas are charming but the room was bland. A tea kettle would make things better. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel was great, clean and comfortable. However, it was very difficult to find and get to (even with a GPS). The room temperature could not be controlled at all. (room was excessively hot and the A/C did not work. Upon entry the staff was abrupt and not truly welcoming. the next morning the new staff was very nice and helpful.

Le personnel était tres courtois et aidant pour nous diriger vers les meilleures attractions ou restaurants. Certains rabais pouvaient aussi être appliqués si réservés pas l’établissement. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le jardin intérieur agréable et le petit- déjeuner très bien.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente en pleno corazón de Sevilla si bien es complicado llegar con el coche por calles muy estrechas. El parking tiene un acceso más complicado aún. NO se puede entrar al parking con coches grandes. El hotel está formado por un edificio antiguo y otro moderno que acaban de abrir, pero aún hay zonas donde se está trabajando. Del hotel destaco su excelente limpieza, pero las habitaciones antiguas necesitan una actualización, especialmente los baños. También es lioso moverse por el hotel y nos metimos sin querer en la zona nueva que se ha abierto aunque aún se están haciendo trabajos y nos costó encontrar la salida. El desayuno no es está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas ni por variedad ni por calidad. El parking son 22 € por noche hasta las 14.00 h. Si te quedas un poco más, tienes que pagar 11 € más. Si haber sido una experiencia negativa, en Sevilla hay oferta hotelera mejor.
