Good location. Clean modern hotel. Helpful and friendly.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente en pleno corazón de Sevilla si bien es complicado llegar con el coche por calles muy estrechas. El parking tiene un acceso más complicado aún. NO se puede entrar al parking con coches grandes. El hotel está formado por un edificio antiguo y otro moderno que acaban de abrir, pero aún hay zonas donde se está trabajando. Del hotel destaco su excelente limpieza, pero las habitaciones antiguas necesitan una actualización, especialmente los baños. También es lioso moverse por el hotel y nos metimos sin querer en la zona nueva que se ha abierto aunque aún se están haciendo trabajos y nos costó encontrar la salida. El desayuno no es está a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas ni por variedad ni por calidad. El parking son 22 € por noche hasta las 14.00 h. Si te quedas un poco más, tienes que pagar 11 € más. Si haber sido una experiencia negativa, en Sevilla hay oferta hotelera mejor.

Lever ikke op til 4 stjerner: dyne = brunt tæppe i betræk (vinter). Værelse vender ud til patio med kold aircondition: koldt på værelse. Ustandselig diverse forglemmelser ved daglig rengøring. Defekt cisterne. Mangelfuldt udstyret badeværelse. TV: kun spanske kanaler. Wifi: middelmådig, uegnet til streaming og chrome cast. Morgenmad: på 3-stjernet hitel i Cordoba fik vi mere dobbelt så alsidig morgenmad (f.eks. mange slags udskåret frugt). Voldsom træk og kulde i morgenmadslokale fra åben patio (vinter!) Receptionister var søde og hjælpsomme, men kunne ikke afhjælpe alle problemer.

Grote kamer, mooi hotel, donkere kamer, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt.

Sometimes the menu was fresh, sometimes not. We stayed for 11 days and had breakfast everyday so we noticed the level of freshness on the buffet table. Staff was excellent and did the best they could. There was something weird about the AC setting - when it become too hot even at the lowest setting, we just turned everything off...

Location is very central. It has a paid underground car park.

My worst experience ever, highly priced hotel with zero facilities, there were zero room amenities like no electric kettle, no iron, broken hair dryer, too smelly old fashioned toilet. Had to buy an air freshener to survive the toilets. We couldn’t sleep coz of noise outside the room.hotel is only charging high for its location. Other than that it’s a mess. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel bien situado, personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Habitación amplia, aunque algo antigua. Camas cómodas. Buen desayuno, servido con esmero.

The room always smelt lovely when we went back in the evening . I wonder if they found an earring in room 124 .
