Location is good, staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower had a lot of stains/soap scum that a magic eraser could remove, and bathroom sink was slow to drain. Would stay again

As expected

The breakfast was good. Any hotel with a waffle maker is good with me. The breakfast worker was super friendly and helpful. The desk clerks were friendly, but there was noone there when we arrived and no bell. We waited for almost 10 minutes before someone came.

Nice, clean hotel very close to downtown. Lots of restaurants around super safe. Neighborhood room was spacious and had lots of amenities in it.

I would really, really like to give this hotel a much greater rating. The staff is great. The motel has been renovated inside and out. And they also have EV chargers, which i greatly appreciated. However, like anything else, there is a reason you need a motel or hotel. It because you need a place to sleep. And if something stops you from sleeping, then there is an issue. In this case, the issue is the "thu wall" heat pump. It was extremely noisy and if we shut it off, then the room got hot and because it is a "thru the wall" system, you get all the outside noise...

An okay stay here! The room was overall clean, but there was still some visible soap scum around the edges of the sink and in the bath tub. There is no elevator, so not the most accessible for people with any mobility issues, or if they don't have much strength to carry their luggage. Included breakfast is quite my minimal here, but a nice touch if you're in a rush and need to be on the go!

They didn't give me back my deposit. No help to bring my luggage in my room. No elevators

Rooms are getting dated and the breakfast was bland.

Spacious room that was perfect for my stay. Central location allowing quick access to highways. Breakfast was hot and the staff continually refilled to make sure everything was fresh.

The staff are very nice and friendly

Great hotel, could upgrade their breakfast but no issues and very accommodating to our needs/requests.
