Hide a bed very uncomfortable

Freshly prepares hot breakfast was the highlight of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay being there

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to amenities. Only issue, A/C was a little loud.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Our only regret was that there was no swimming pool. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Everything was amazing, the welcoming staff, the big grassy area for my dog and the comfiest beds ever.

I was presently surprised at this hotel. I haven't booked a Comfort Inn in decades. This one was recently renovated. In fact the driveway has brand new asphalt. There's new carpeting, the bed was comfortable, the a/c was working well. I also found the staff to be engaging and allowed us a late check out despite the fact they were full that night. In fact they were full the week before and for at least the week coming. The price was much better than we found at several other hotels such as the Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn. We go to Moncton often enough. This hotel will now be on the list of hotels we have to consider.

A play area or playground would be a great addition for families with children. The breakfast also needs improvement. Other than that, everything was good.

Breakfast are was very small and compact not good if you you don’t like being crammed in a small area with other people . Finding out you have to have a credit card and can’t use debit credit or cash after I got there to check in was a surprise and should be able to use other options as not everyone has a credit card
