隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。

We had an amazing stay! The hotel went above and beyond by letting us check in early, which made our arrival so much easier. After we checked out, they were also kind enough to let us spend the day relaxing by the pool since the event we were in town for didn't start until 4:00 p.m. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I have been to this hotel numerous times since the late 70s. Back in the day it was one of my favourite places. The past few years I've been in Ontario & last time I visited for a few days was in the summer of 2017. I was thrilled to have a pool side room where we could sit on our deck and walk through the gate to the pool. Being a completely open air area, we were also allowed to smoke on our balcony. This time I was quite/very disappointed to see that the lovely gate opening to the pool had now been BOLTED closed I realize that there are few smokers around now, and no one will agree with me, but it really wouldn't have bothered anyone if I did have an occasional one, a distance from the pool, in the open air..... whatever, here nor there. There were 2 chairs on the balcony, but NOT ONE TABLE to set your morning coffee on. How sad that they've felt the need to bolt a nice gate, and that you're no longer able to take your own beverage, IN A PLASTIC CUP poolside anymore. Don't try it, you'll definitely be harshly reprimanded. Now that they have food and beverage service out there, as usual, it's all about the money. I'm 71 years old now and like I said, I was disappointed, and don't need to be harshly reprimanded by young girls. I will likely look elsewhere on my next visit to Kelowna. Room was clean, however dated and the room staff was excellent.

It had all we needed and was close to everything for our stay. The pool area was lovely.

pool hours not ideal. tv set up hard to use remote. missing some basic items like power outlets by desk. hard to climb on floor to plug in.

Great location in Kelowna. We were able to comfortably walk to the waterfront or to the Apple Bowl recreation area.

Room was great. Very clean. Pool was big. Staff were super friendly.
