位置比较好，前台服务一般，酒店设施老旧

Everything was perfect, very good standard similar like in Europe…

The staff were helpfull. Location was great and the rooms were clean.

everything was great but I had made a request to get both rooms on the same floor, I even got a confirmation that it would be like that but my son and I were on floor 6 and my godson in #7 Other than that it was nice

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Breakfast was nutritious with a wide variety of foods. Room was very spacious with a nice view.

Very spacious room, good wifi connection to work from there, staff was very attentive and they let me store my luggage after checkout. Location is perfect. Overall a great place to stay.

Pontos negativos  * * café da manhã fraco e ruim,  o mesmo cardápio todos os dias , sem nenhuma criatividade  Os atendentes do café da manhã são desagradáveis  , sem vontade de atender os hóspedes .  Um exemplo é que um dia pedi ovos fritos , não aceitaram fazer . Me falaram, somente o que tem no Buffet  ** Faltou ducha higiênica no banheiro  ** Ar condicionado sujo , na saída do ar na parte alta do quarto muito suja  ** Hotel precisa de manutenção, muito antigo  Pontos positivos  ** Localização ótima Lastarria perto de tudo  ** Os atendentes da recepção do hotel check inn / check out são atenciosos, por exemplo Javier e Jorge  foram ótimos  ** Cama , chuveiro e tv do quarto são boas 

The spa isn’t really a hot tub per se. You need to reserve it and then they fill it with water. More like a jacuzzi bathtub for two.

Ótimo quarto e café da manhã. Restaurante Olan, excelente e próximo ao hotel.

Nice staff, nice room, nice selection of food for breakfast.

O ar condicionado não gelava. Muito calor. Solicitamos reparo. Veio um funcionário mexeu e disse que ajustou, ao retornar após dia inteiro de passeios, quarto ainda quente. Reclamamos novamente. Sugeriram mudar de quarto. Tivemos que mudar de quarto 22h. OBS: Tivemos o mesmo problema com ar condicionado no NH de Barcelona. Ou seja, nunca mais ficaremos em hotel da rede NH.
