Mixed bag here hence the overall rating. Reception staff were very good, friendly, welcoming and professional, however, had booked 2 king rooms but requested at time of booking for one to be a twin. Repeated this request a week prior to booking through Hotels.com messaging link. Whilst a very helpful receptionist said she would ask housekeeping to split the beds ( noting “we don’t normally do this”) this never happened. Been staying in hotels all over the world for decades now and this has never been an issue. Our room was on top (9th) floor. Room was absolutely fine but way too hot and air con was terribly noisy and not effective. Our sons had a room on a lower floor and this wasn’t an issue. Liked the club access with a small roof terrace and access to tea and coffee etc for free. Good for transport links and central city easily walkable. Overall pretty good but let down by a couple of things.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble! I’d definitely come back here again!

Fantastic stay, all mod cons, tasty food and the Club Lounge was a welcome addition.

Good hotel, good central location and friendly staff with good facilities and amenities. The shower is difficult to use so initially I thought we only had scalding, hot water but working with it I managed to get it to a reasonable temperature. The one major downside with this hotel was the close proximity to the train lines right beside and depending on where your room is, above or below the building. It does affect your sleep but they stop running between 12am - 6am so majority of a nights sleep is peaceful in a comfy bed to be fair. Would stay again but maybe ask for a room on the highest floor possible.

Hôtel décevant la chambre est correcte et le lait de bonne qualité mais l’hôtel est bruyant semble héberger des familles à demeure qui passent le plus clair de leur temps dans les couloirs ou des enfants font de la trottinette.!!!!! Le petit déjeuner est en sous sol sombre bas de plafond et sans lumière du jour, parler de spa est un peu présomptueux vu les locaux…. La chambre très sombre donnait sur un mur, la première attribuée donnait en plus sur un petit balcon très sale rempli de papiers. Le ménage est plutôt du genre vite fait mal fait et le dernier jour il a fallu réclamer pour que la chambre soit faite et en plus il n’y avait plus du tout de papier toilette quand elle a été faite il a fallu réclamer à la réception. Bref rien à voir avec les hôtels « the Address » de Dubai !!!!!!

The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were very quiet, beds were very comfortable. Bar area and restaurant were very nice, although we just enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. The staff for the morning breakfast was so nice, Himanshi, Diego, Leon and Martina all worked so hard and kept everything clean and tidy. A little more variety for the morning breakfast would be great, but really a minor complaint. We hope to be back to enjoy this hotel and Dublin again soon!

We used the gym and spa - also enjoyed the restaurant - which we found a little overpriced but not bad.

The staff were great, especially in the bar and restaurant.Just a shame that our request for more water in the room was never followed through. Also, slightly disappointed that the skirting board in the room needed re painting/ re- filling-.. Otherwise, a nice room, with a small balcony.The bathroom was great! Breakfast was fine, although not much fresh fruit and no choice of milk for lactose free people.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience fell far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. I arrived shortly after 1 a.m. after a long journey and was left waiting approximately 30 minutes at reception while staff attempted to locate my booking. During this time, very little information was provided beyond being told that a manager was coming. Eventually, I was given a room and assumed the issue had been resolved. However, around 2 a.m. I received a call from reception informing me that I had been placed in the wrong room and needed to move immediately. As a solo female traveller in an unfamiliar city, being asked to pack my belongings and relocate rooms in the middle of the night was both disruptive and unsettling. What was most disappointing was not the original booking error itself, but the way it was handled. Mistakes happen. Good hotels minimise the impact on guests. Instead, the consequences of an internal issue were passed directly onto me. The first room also appeared only partially serviced, with cleanliness concerns despite the bed having been made. During the room change, the interaction at reception felt unprofessional, with a significant amount of personal information being shared by staff while I was simply trying to understand what was happening and return to bed.The replacement room raised further concerns. The Wi-Fi did not work etc. Overall, the experience felt incredible poorly.

Recently stayed 3 nights here. Good sized room. Dublin had unusually warm weather while we were there and the well functioning A/C was appreciated. Mini fridge was not working well and did not keep items cold. Our room was near train line, but minimal train noise at night. Location is ok - about 20 mins walk to Temple Bar. Red line tram and other trains are very close. Talbot St area seemed questionable at night, so would avoid that. Overall, we had a good stay and would consider staying here again.

Zimmer war sauber, klein, aber schön. An einem Abend fiel im ganzen Hotel das Wasser aus. Man wurde nicht informiert. Haben aber die Nacht halb erstattet bekommen. Das Frühstück war ok, aber nicht viel Auswahl.

This was a lovely hotel, right beside the train station so it was so handy and the staff were lovely. The only criticism I have is that I could hear everything out in the corridor so the doors must be thin but not the biggest deal!

Wifi not working well in rooms. Door keys don't work well. Housekeeping only ok. Breakfast staff was hard working. Restaurant staff great and food was a good surprise. Stop charging for pool.

We stayed in the Twin Club Room and we had a great time! The wi-fi cut out a few times but other than that our stay was good.

We were excited at first but then reality set in. The hotel is right beside the DART ...so loud into the night. My A/C didn't work and I had to move rooms and that A/C only partially worked...wasn't cooling like it was supposed to. It's a "green" hotel, which is great, but the room lights and electric and elevator were a pain for newcomers and the directions had to be asked for several times from the front desk. The morning staff person the first morning was super grumpy and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to unlock the front door for us....we had a tour that morning..early. I had my room tidied on day two and they left me a super dirty towel and partially stained hand towel. Neither were mine...they were supposed to be my new clean ones after the bed was made etc on day two. Disgusting!! The area that the hotel is in is great, but do NOT stay in that hotel. You will not feel rested to enjoy your time in Ireland. Very sad stay...but WOW, Ireland countryside is AMAZING!!
