This hotel is very centrally located. We were surprised by how many events happen in the center of Mexico that require the city streets to be shut down. Maybe we were unlucky with gay pride and the World Cup being on at the same time. We were on the eleventh floor and we were still able to hear an awful lot of the city down below. This is an older hotel but they do put in a lot of effort to maintain it. The restaurants were good. The staff were extremely friendly. The elevators worked. The rooms were clean. The shower was out of this world, super high pressure. Overall this was a very good value for money.

I couldn’t make it since the routes were closed due to the fan fest celebration around the hotel. I lost the reservation because of that.

Amazing heated pool excellent for those cold days. I wish they can clean the glass so we can see the beautiful city 360!!! Bathrooms are a little old but still works great.

la habitacion muy limpia, la almohada no muy comoda , por otro lado el café en la habitacion con costo lo cual considero no es lo ideal para uno como huesped.

Ubicado en lugar céntrico, buenas instalaciones y excelente atención. Buen restaurant, aunque si se quiere probar el autentico sabor chilango a un lado del edificio hay diversos puestos de alimentos.

Muy buena ubicacion con precio razonable. La atencion de personal muy buena y amable y no tuve ningun problema con la limpieza. El hotel es un poco viejo, y necesita algo de remodelaciones, pero en general excelente opcion en la ciudad de Mexico.

Gym it’s very basic and limited, gym equipment needs maintenance. WiFi needs to be upgraded. The two restaurants are good , staff is ok for Mexican standards . Parking is through valet only.

La única incomodidad, fue una gotera en el baño. Por lo demás, el hotel está muy bien.

El personal muy sangron, claro que tenían habitaciones disponibles para early check in pero no nos ayudaron. Nos dieron una habitación con unas almohadas chiquitas y espantosas

En mi habitación hubo corte de agua y no se podía usar nada.

Pésimo todo. No REGRESO NUNCA

Muy buen hotel, lo malo es la comida en los restaurantes. Y para el check in o check out es un tormento, se tardan años.

Hitel by itself was perfect!! Nice rooms and very clean.. very disappointed with the restaurant.. food bad quality and not fresh at all.. besides that we had a very good experience!!!

Es un hotel de ya varios años y se nota. Sin embargo, la considero una opción segura y muy bien ubicada.

El internet fallaba mucho, el servicio en restaurantes fue bueno, considero que le hace falta una decoración más nueva al rest. habitación siempre limpia. sin duda regresaría.
