Les gens qui y travaillent sont bien sympatiques. Le seul inconvénient est qu'au 2e étage il n y a pas d ascenseur ou une façon de rouler pour monter les valises! Un monte charge ou ranpe d accès pour handicapés serait une bonne idée d'amélioration. Car présentement, il faut les monter à bras! Alors si vous avez la chambre près de l'escalier préparez vous à vous faire réveiller par le boom des valises qui descendent les marches.

The breakfast was excellent on my visit to Montreal. Unfortunately on my return stay, I had to depart too early to catch breakfast. Glad there was lots of coffee in the room. Thanks

We got a problem with the energy in the hotel die to a snow storm during the day, the bathroom was not 100% clean, but it was a nice stay and the staff was really dedicated.

The first thing you encounter in hotels would be the staff who facilitates your check in. The person on the desk had terrible body odor that the front desk stunk so badly.

Comfortable bed, large shower, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. A wonderful, relaxing stay.

Staff were very friendly and informative. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast could’ve used more fruit being a vegetarian. There wasn’t very much for me to eat.
