We were stopping in Chatham for the night on a road trip of southwestern Ontario and I remembered that we had stayed here a couple years ago. As I remembered the beds were comfy, staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was great (cinnamon apple waffle machine!!!) definitely will be back next time I’m in the area

It’s a little dated, room smelled a little funky. Breakfast included but it’s not great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife is severely mobility challenged. The staff were responsive to our needs throughout our three day stay. BUT most outstanding was the effort a staff member made to help us settle in when we first arrived. He opened the outside patio door so she could walk directly into our accommodation. He made sure we were safely ensconced and comfortable. Everything else about the accommodation was excellent, but the staff's caring was extraordinary.

The only thing missing was a pool. Great staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Have stayed here before and will continue each time I pass through!

Everything was very nice and easy.

One night stay. Room was clean. Lots of soap/shampoo/conditioner and lotion in the bathroom. White fluffy towels. Beds are comfy. Ample free parking. Good breakfast, with breads/bagels, jams, nut butters, cream cheese, sausages and scrambled eggs. Hardboiled eggs and also a cereal station. You can make your own waffles. Juice and coffee. Small fitness room, well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff

The room and the grounds were excellent! Had a great rest, breakfast was wonderful! The beds were absolutely comfortable!! Great stay and the staff were lovely.

Smooth check in and check out. Staffs are helpful. The room is clean.Breakfast is good, they have make your waffle. Overall, a very great experience, will definitely book again.

Front Desk staff was amazing!

This was our second stay for consecutive weekends for visiting both Rondeau Provincial Park & Point Pelee National Park. Staff were helpful and friendly, room was very clean & comfortable & the best part is that there was an actual bathtub not just a shower. If visiting I would recommend Teena,s restaurant opposite the hotel.

Breakfast was okay but not more than that. Parking is free and available. Most staff were really nice. Just one guy at the front desk was really on my nerves as he was not about to serve customers. The way he would talk to people wasn't acceptable. Also I needed room service the second day. My beds were not touched. Just changed the towels.

Friendly staff, everything clean, nice breakfast. Hard to beat.
