交通非常方便，離兩線地鐵站都非常近。到皇家博物館不到200公尺，超級方便，而且服務人員超級友善，值得推薦！

整體來說不錯，地點靠近多倫多大學和博物馆，但附近餐飲選擇不多，離購物區也較遠。價格相對偏貴。

Phenomenal experience! All staff were attentive and kind. Truly enjoyable experience.

I had an issue the last time I stayed at the Park Hyatt. The manager immediately got in touch and promised to improve my next stay. They were true to their word. My stay was comfortable, professional and even luxurious at times. The hotel has won my loyalty because of how quickly and effectively it handled a problem.

No hvac. Broken steamer. Noisy room. Stay at four seasons or shangrila instead.

This Hotel is in a great location , but most of all the staff were amazing very helpful and professional they really couldn’t to enough to help and make you feel welcome. Rooms were very clean and the housekeeping was brilliant. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you Park Hyatt Toronto

Hospitality was a 10/10. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Spa amenity was nice as well.

Very friendly staff, gorgeous hotel, nice rooms.

Great front desk staff and staff all around/ had an issue in the Joni Restaurant with the server Mohamed presenting us with the wrong bill. That we paid for and then had to get reversed which took time: that was the only blip in service as not what I woke expect at the Park Hyatt/ room was nice and clean although the carpet was not vacuumed every day and the bath towels not good quality. Overall enjoyed my stay and everyone was nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay her again.

The manager on shift was very rude to me and accused me of taking something from the bar even though I didn’t and if I did I would pay for it and was caught off guard how unprofessional he was to the point I would not stay or recommend anyone else to this hotel again

As a VIP member of expedia group. I rarley post reviews. The hotel is over rated with customer service. My credit card has unauthorized charges without my consent and I will be moving forward legally in regard to this matter. Staff cant get away with this.

The staff did an I credible job of going above and beyond to acknowledge our 26th anniversary and sent a delicious dessert to the room. As always it was a beautiful stay.
