位置不错，离中央车站和城市中心都不远，可以步行。酒店装饰低调不失奢华，干净，卫生间大。没有在酒店用餐，但看着环境不错。

It was a very pleasant stay. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a long history but it has been renovated well. It is elegant, luxious and comfortable. I cannot find something I do not like about it.

Wonderful, will stay again.

The hotel is elegant and beautiful. Also is a nice area that is quieter than other parts of the city but still close to many restaurants. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was quite clean but some fixtures were a bit dusty. Our room was surprisingly large.

Centrally located for everything you might need. Historic hotel with all its charm. So many things to do nearby. Walkable.

Loved this hotel. However, some rooms had high tubs that would be difficult for seniors or those with mobility problems. They should be placed in one of the rooms that has a shower.

We had an amazing time! The room was terrific and the staff were very helpful. Really beautiful classic hotel! Thank you!

Great hotel. Actually a beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. All like stepping back into a better time. I would stay there again for sure. Note to hotel do please provide a better Tea selection and some biscuits- don’t be tight.

The historical hotel is clean and beautiful; all staff we met were very friendly. However, there was a hiccup on the room air conditioning which we didn't notice when we check-in and realized till our later night return, but the staff handled the situation very well and professionally.

The hotel was charming. Beautiful decor. Room amenities were a bit lacking. What was particularly not expected at a hotel of this calibre was when a mouse ran under my table during dinner in the lounge. Upon discreetly mentioning it to the staff, I was shrugged off as though it was a normal experience in the hotel. Less than ideal response that raises questions around how sanitary the hotel is.

5-star hotel, well maintained, with friendly and professional staff; on-site dining, good food and cappuccino; cafe; small gym, one hour free use; centrally located in The Hague. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

This is a well located, beautiful hotel. The only problem we encountered was with the dining room The menu, the quality of the items we tasted and the service do not do this fine hotel justice.
