Bellboy 和服務生的態度都非常不好，他們聽見你叫他仍然會沒有反應。另外，我們的房間很像住在工人房。原因是道路太迂迴，不停往下層走，而我們的樓層是只有我們一個單位，而且往房間的通道大門是很像防煙門，完全離開正常的走廊房間。感覺非常不好

謝謝飯店提供一支氣泡白酒，讓我們在蜜月旅行中有個驚喜～ 另外房內沒有電熱水壺，經過詢問，飯店也提供給我們，電熱水壺保養清理的十分乾淨 房間暖氣很溫暖，床也非常舒適，一切設備環境都很好

酒店位于TANUUS山脚下KRONBERG小镇，坐落在一个高尔夫球场内，风景一流。酒店是1889年的古堡该见得，有62间维多利亚和普鲁士风格的房间，前台说每间都不同，但是没办法间间去尝试呀，外表充满历史的沧桑感，内部装修和外表相呼应，大堂和楼道里面摆了不少古董家具和装饰品，但是房间内部装修较时尚，面积也挺大。免费WIFI，MINIBAR也免费。酒店提供去往小镇KRONBERG一家SPA浴场的免费交通，去往KRONBERG的S-BANN也是免费的，大约2公里。酒店是THE SMALL LUXRY HOTEL的成员，员工都比较有礼貌，因为吸烟的要求，酒店特意给了带烟台的房间，并细心的给放了烟灰缸。酒店餐厅面积不大，需要提前预订，所以晚餐就在酒吧简单的吃了一下。据说早餐不错，因为早班飞机没吃到，只能下次了。建议大家夏天去，肯定比冬天的景致要好。总之不错的体验，希望能再次入住。

very unique schelloshotel in Germany, this hotel is a museum with a beautiful 18 holes golf course, take 20 minutes only by car from both Frankfurt airport and the city center. Very nice people in the castle offer beautiful and comfortable room, we definite will come back again.

Schlosshotel Kronberg 有優美的環境，高球場地，用心栽種的植物，參天巨樹，看不完的古董。如果你不介意錢銀花費，早午晚餐都值得一試！就是對浴缸浴屏很不滿意，水灑滿一地，slippery..............

Beautiful, top notch hotel, gardens, & restaurant! Everything is perfect! Highly recommend a visit to this hotel. Trails, golf course, lots of history and simply a wonderful place to visit! The elevator is rather small, but everything else makes up for this minor inconvenience. Make your reservation right away and enjoy luxury!

Literally like staying in a classical art museum … a true Empress’ palace - stunning! Impeccable service from an attentive, friendly, truly kind staff. We were blown away. It was such a comfortable bed. The art and sculptures and vases were glorious.., we wandered the grounds and felt like we were in a storybook. The outdoor terrace was gorgeous… and the library you walk through to get to it was spectacular. Such a delicious breakfast buffet with food and coffee that was phenomenal. We must return - the memories we made here in Kronberg were for a lifetime. July weather was magnificent! And the A/C was perfect. (So were the windows with the cool breeze). Thank you for the magnificent customer experience!

IT was a beautiful property, well worth the stay. The insides were like a museum and the rooms were large and comfortable. The grounds were lovely and the food was excellent. The wasps just added to the ambiance.

Geweldig hotel op een top lokatie. Diervriendelijk (we reisden met onze kat), fijn terras en goed restaurant. Het ontbijt is geweldig. Echt een aanrader om in deze historische context te verblijven.

We stayed here one night after flying in from the U.S. and it was a perfect place to relax and stroll outdoors (around the golf course and thru some of the hotel’s grounds) and start easing into the local time zone. History of the place was interesting to learn, and the breakfast buffet outstanding with seating in an elegant lovely space. We felt like visiting royalty.

The hotel's special history and its location within a park area make it outstanding. Add the professional staff to it, and you have the recipe for a real treat. The richness of decorative artwork and details of its architecture compensate for the lack of a spa/gym.
