Towels are so old and dirty in the room. However, the breakfast is so surprised for us, we love it.

Breakfast is excellent, many choices and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately no discount/no free parking for blue badge holder.

Comfortable but a bit dated. Reception staff was great and friendly, lobby bar staff was friendly but slow and out of drink ingredients. Very convenient to the airport.

Great check in experience. All staff were very friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean, the shower was great, it was soundproofed and the lack out curtains were perfect for a good nights sleep.

The laundry facilities don’t exist. Had to send them out. The hotel charged me 600.00 American dollars for a small load of laundry. Staff said nothing they could do. Very upsetting.

Basic room no amenities/ bar but you could make a hot drink and free water. Helpful staff who were very busy with group check-ins for air crew and sorting guests arriving for functions

Room, food and service were all excellent - especially Jayne in the Bar / Dining area. Only minor drawback was the temperature of the hot water in the shower and bathroom - not very hot.

It was convenient for visiting the Castle

This is your typical airport hotel. There is parking but Im not sure its enough for a hotel this size. Our room was fine but it could have been cleaned better. There are a few places walking distance in terms of pubs and restaurants but it is limited. This is a hotel for those flying out of Heathrow, if you are in town for something else this probably is not the hotel for you. The bar and staff in the bar were very good and the food was surprisingly better than we had expected. Finally I will say this, it is part of the Marriott chain but Im not sure it is up to Marriott quality. Flying out in the morning? Its fine
