It would really be nice if bottled water were in the fridge and gratis for the guests.

Tub seemed clean at first until I turned the jets on, do not recommend. The staff is amazing, so no complaints there, but clearly I paid for a Superior Room, that was superior just in hight once room was outdated… AC needs upgrading, coffee machine in the room was HORRIBLE, impossible to use. I asked for a crib for my baby and they sent one that the paint was peeling off, it was hard to avoid my baby from trying to eat it. Room service was expensive, which is expected, but quality was lacking on temperature… clearly was a great dish once it was ready, but until it got to the room, the meat and fish had lost the Medium and Medium Rare points we asked for. I tried to book a massage a week in advance, but it was already late. I do know they can do better, last time I had none of this problems, stayed in a similar room, but already renewed, cleaner, food was on point, but not this time. Sadly.

I stay at a lot of the Marriott branches, and this might’ve been the best one

Its better to book sheraton or motels than this as this is way far from clifton hills. Too much walk with kids

This hotel was beautiful, and the rooms are worth every penny. The location is unmatched and the views are spectacular. I would definitely love to visit here again.

Very spacious room with Fabulous view of the falls

客室Wi-fiが高速でなかった為、個人的な連絡で不自由が発生した。しかし、何を置いても、このホテルの立地によるナイアガラ滝のロケーションが抜群に良くて、時間経過毎に違った表情を見せる景色に感動しました。

Need new mattress otherwise good

I was appalled by one of their staff in charge of breakfast. As everyone would, I wanted to sit by the window to get the falls view but I was refused to do so for a reason that’s not even be validated. I was simply told that the remaining tables were “booked”, which turned out to be a complete lie. I was rescued by one of the senior waitresses who told the lady that they weren’t reserved after all. In all likelihood, people can make mistakes, but then again she didnt even bother checking. This made me more upset than ever. It has completely ruined my day and my experience at the hotel entirely. I made a formal complaint to a manager at the front desk but I’d question how serious the issue has be dealt with internally. No one should be denied of their desire to sit whereever they want.

Room was beautiful and directly overlooked the falls. Staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs. Food at the Morton's Grille was mediocre, especially for the price tag.
