Bel hôtel art nouveau, la piece de réception vers la jardin est magnifique. L’hôtel est au centre ville dans un parc arboré. La literie est bonne. Il est dommage ne ne pas avoir de cintres dans les penderies. L’eau de la piscine est vivifiante.

Det positive først. Værelset var fantastisk, dejlig balkon, formidabel udsigt, skøn pool område, Meget venlig og imødekommende personale i receptionen, Morgenmaden fantastisk og restauranten var rigtig god. Der var super god rengøring men nu til det negative. Rengøringen kunne nemlig ske meget sent i mine øjne (dvs. kl. 16-17). Beklagelser om dette til receptionen hjalp ikke noget, men vi fik dog tilbudt en coctail i baren, som vi ikke benyttede. Men pænt af dem med denne gestus. Vi ville dog meget hellere have gjort værelsen rent tidligere.

Grande chambre, très jolie, j’adore le style. Le personnel est très agréable. Ça fait deux fois que j’y vais, et toujours aussi. Heureux lit, très confortable, séjour reposant.

L accueil s est tres bien passe avec 2 personnes souriantes et sympathiques. L hotel nous a surclasse car il s agissait d un anniversaire. La chambre etait tres bien. Le petit dejeuner tres complet et avec un personnel parfait. Au casino..meme chose..rien a redire.

Lovely hotel, great location and good service. Breakfast was lovely and the staff helpful. The room was great and parking was free and plentiful. It’s an aging hotel, which was probably magnificent in its prime. Some people have marked it down for its aging appearance but it didn’t bother us at all, highly recommend.

Le personnel de l'acceuil, spécifiquement un monsieur d'âge moyen (grand, brun, cheveux un peu blanc) est très hautain, et regarde de haut en bas les clients avec un dédain à la limite du supportable

Très bon séjour dans ce grand et bel hôtel. Chambre supérieure spacieuse,belle et bien insonorisée. Atmosphère feutrée dans l'hôtel et bon petit déjeuner varié dans une belle salle.Piscine magnifique et chauffée. Le personnel est disponible et efficace. Hammam ,sauna et salle de sport au sous sol. Nous y étions pour un mariage et repas était très bon. Ce sera un beau souvenir.

Large, grand but quiet hotel walking distance from the town of Divonne, itself just a short drive from Geneva. Free parking and well-maintained grounds. Functional staff. Quite reasonable breakfast. Comfortable bed and nice room. I would stay again, but my one complaint is the shower which is an attachment in the middle of the bath, so difficult to position the shower so that the water does not spray the bathroom. The fitting on the wall was also far too low so that I had to stoop quite far down to get my head under.
