Yes, room was neglected, smell of cigarette. Cigarette burn on carpet and edge of bath. Large carpet stain Heater fan faulty and noisy No USB entry port available in the room Reception staff could not accommodate room change as was told that hotel was a full occupancy

Great stay.. nice and clean. Ladies at the fun were very nice and very helpful.

The complimentary’ breakfast was not serviced/ delayed on the Friday morning of our stay because staff didn’t show up. When I followed up with management, she was rude and kept telling me I didn’t pay for it and that it was complimentary, not once apologizing for the inconvenience of me having to scramble to feed my family. As well, even with the pro activeness of a phone call earlier in the week explaining that the hotel was hosting a sports team and ensuring that they would be enforcing quiet hours, we got woke up Friday night at 11 with noise. Overall, the staff didn’t seem to really care about customer service.

Room & was very small. Bathroom the size of a closet. TV was absolutely horrible. Will not stay again.

Was there at the same time a hockey tournament was happening. The kids were extremely annoying running through the halls and banging on peoples doors. The room was cold and the heating system wouldn’t get the temp above 19.

Staff is great and just need a little update the riom

My wife and I arrived on Friday 1/30/26 at night, and on Saturday we were out from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. When we returned, they hadn't emptied the trash can with the pizza box and papers we ordered on Friday night. They hadn't replaced the bath towels with clean ones. They hadn't cleaned anything. We will not stay in the future with them any country.

The room was very clean! Bed was nice. Staff was stressed on check in as we all seemed to arrive at the same time. Security was present for the hockey kids wandering the hallways, very respectful and on duty. (we were not there for hockey, robotics) Breakfast hours not great on a Saturday if you are in town for a sports event as they don't start until 7am and we are out of the hotel by then. We did not have time for amenities, so not sure if they have any or not.

All is good

Property was great , rooms are great. No soap anywhere is the room when we checked in and staff were very slow to address it Every time I called down to desk I was put on hold for long periods of time.
