Terible reception staff, so old aminents , no upgratev and repaire stuff I don’t recommend….

I stayed 1 night at this hotel with my wife & found it conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, hot spring pool. The building facilities are old but under renovation. Our bed/bath rooms were clean, comfortable, complete with appliances we needed. The staff were helpful hospitable & gave me free parking & extra time for check-out. It was definitely good value for the price paid. We're happy & satisfied, thank you!

Most of the reviews are correct! The place is pretty run down, supposedly my room was a newly renovated deluxe room, but not so much! It is very overpriced for the run down conditions it’s in! It was a warm weekend and the air-conditioning barely worked, and I felt bad for my dogs, because they were all panting. Unfortunately, if you have pets you don’t have many options that will allow pets. They said they were going to charge me $25 per pet per night for my pets (3) for a cleaning fee, but they never even came to clean the room in between my stay. They didn’t even empty the garbage is or replace the towels or anything!!! So why are they charging me $25 per pet per night!!!! One good thing was the shower was hot! It’s a cute little town with shops and food right across the street, it also has a nice lake and walking trail along the water.

The room was very clean. It looks like they might be remodeling as the hallway molding was off and spackle was on the floor. The garage has a lot of bird droppings.

The hotel was just ok. The property could do with upgrading the hall carpets and maintaining the courtyard. The koi pond was absoutley disgusting and you could not see through the dark green water. I'm not sure how the poor fish were surviving. Our bedroom was not as bad. It looked like they had recently painted but didn't bother to remove the painters tape. Our smoke detector was also hanging from the ceiling from the wires. The floors, bedding and washroom were clean though. This hotel has so much potential. Overall, the experience reflected the lower price paid and at the end of the day, we were there for the beach and scenery and I probably would stay there again.

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was this run down. I’m not sure how they are able to even run with the amount of mold in the rooms. bathroom fans not working and just not clean.

Oh I feel like I’m always up for an adventure and believe that I can withstand the worst of the worst…. Booked two nights…. At 3 am on the first night I was already booking a room elsewhere. It was so dirty, so uncomfortable…. Literally cockroaches climbing the walls (I even filmed it). The property itself was so neglected. The hallways reeked of bug spray and something else that was really irritating. The bed was so uncomfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t efficient enough as it wasn’t sealed in the window… the hose was literally just hanging out an open window. Harrison village itself was a blast!! Just wish the hotel was more properly maintained… we would’ve stayed the extra night and had more fun. Oh well….

I checked into a room that didn’t have any covers on the light switches or electrical outlets. The toilet paper rod was missing and the tub was stained. The entire property is run down with DIY at best patches and attempts at repairs. I will never stay in this hotel again and will probably never visit Harrison again

The room photos on Expedia are AI enhanced. Don’t be fooled! It was a disgusting and unsafe hotel that was water damaged and moldy. The rooms were filled with insects, it smelled like cigarettes everywhere and it was just dirty. Not safe if travelling with children. Will be reversing the charges on my credit card.

It’s sucked and was dirty the room was tiny and there were spiders all over

The room and beds were clean. You only get what you pay for.

My stuff was taken from my room by the cleaning staff when I was gone for the day (they gave it back the next day), there was water dripping through the ceiling in the bathroom, the room was supposed to be a mountain view but was a view of the grimey inner courtyard and all the other rooms, there were no chairs in the room to sit on, and the pillows were the lumpiest smallest worst hotel pillows ever.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite dated, but the bed was comfy. Location is great. Its a budget friendly option.

Common areas were being renovated. No baseboards in the hallways but they were replacing the carpet during our stay so that's understandable. Both spa and gym were closed during our stay. The staff were amazing though. Let us check in an hour early and helped us move to a new (bigger room) when they needed to relocate us so they could install the carpet in the hallway right in front our door. Room was quite nice. Nothing fancy, but we'll probably stay there again next time we're in the area. Definitely the cheapest hotel in Harrison village but you get what you pay for. Parking was great as well.

Broken lights, windows, base boards gone off the wall, leaking ceilings, the small pond in middle is disgusting. Holes in the walls, lots of spiders, dirty.

Hotel was in poor condition. Not clean.
