The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is secure parking too. The communal areas of the hotel need to be spruced-up … but the price is commensurate with that condition.

It was the cheapest place to stay in town but worth every penny. Outdated rooms but clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Convenient secured underground parking. Overall well worth the money.

Check in staff gave wrong information, said it would be easier to unload bags after parking at the back, we regretted listening to him, it was horrible dragging all our luggage’s across uneven pavement at night to find back door after check in. Underground parking was full too.

Good place to stay if you're just looking for a simple place to lay your head. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. Would highly recommend if traveling on a tight budget. Plus, underground parking!

I had a pick up truck. It didn’t fit in the underground parking. But there was street parking.

The pillows were soft and comfortable.

It was hard to get any maid service to get towels said they would bring fridge did not asked for towel they said put them out side door then did not bring the right amounts the place has gone down hill from the last 3 times never go again

Parking is on a quiet street behind the hotel and in a safe garage for a small extra fee. The courtyard with the fish is gorgeous (once finished renovating). The hot springs and the lake view are worth the detour.

Pathetic rooms, waiting for my refund. A/C was not working, neither any fresh air circulation. Ceiling and Smoke detectors were hanging. All photos shared via chat to an agent via App. Wont recommend to stay here unless the property is fully updated from top to down

Checked in - no A/C in the room we were in. Moved down the hall to a 'cooler' room. That evening - temperatures in the high 70's - A/C did not work - like a sauna all night. Took a shower - NO towels in the room - partner had to go down to lobby to get. 2nd night -same room - provided with a box-fan - spent the night in a 'sauna' with hot air blowing around. Lots of interesting red ants crawling throughout the room - made it into our toothpaste! Well - at least the view was half-way decent

This is old, budget friendly hotel. Do not expect out of the ordinary. Our room is clean. Underground parking needs to be cleaned regularly. Hallway wallpaper is peeling. Nice staff. It's an okay hotel for 1 night stay.

I would highly recommend avoiding this property for many reasons. First - we booked through Expedia (as we normally do) and reserved and paid for a Deluxe Room with 1 King bed and a Lake View. When we checked in, they provided us a standard room with 2 double beds with a Courtyard view (not what we paid for). The elevator going to the room was sketchy at best, making some very concerning noises. Once in the room, we discovered the A/C was not working, no matter what we tried to do to solve the issue. We discussed our situation with the front counter staff, who did their best to assist - this unfortunately only included bringing in a loud, portable A/C unit, which meant sleeping with the window open and outside noises introduced through the night. We discussed the room we paid for, however the front counter staff indicated they were fully booked and could not assist - I asked them to have the Manager contact me regarding the situation. I sent an email to the "contact us" site, unfortunately multiple days have passed and I have yet to hear back from the Hotel - to me, this is totally unacceptable from a business point of view. Everything about this stay was horrific - I would avoid this hotel at all costs, not worth the headache at all. To the Property Managers at the Harrison Lake Hotel - I gave multiple opportunities for your team to make this situation right, however you failed miserably. Very disappointed!!!

Horrible is an understatement. This was by far one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed at. The only parking available was an under ground parking and the entire property was filthy. There was garbage piled up in the corners, a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the parking, and the rooms were extremely outdated. The cleaning standards were unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty, the room barely looked cleaned, and there was even a blood stain on our bedsheet. To make matters worse, upon arrival we were told the pool was closed for renovation, something never mentioned beforehand. The next morning, we went down for breakfast only to be told that was closed too. I honestly do not understand how this hotel received any stars at all. If I could give it a minus 5, I would. I would never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Secure Parking was available. Lights not properly installed. No Shower body soap. Windows were not clean. Insects in the curtains. Elevators need are noicy require maintenance.
