We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!

Very clean room, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about sites to see.

Needs were super comfy, room was pretty clean, location was perfect. My only concerns are the shower head is so loud and the hour tub isn't what it's advertised as. When we asked about the jets the person at the counter told us that they don't work. So don't list the hot soaker tub as a jacuzzi or hot tub!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was firm. Buffet breakfast at the restaurant was appreciated. Lots of choices.

Good location. Beds were very comfortable, although one of matresses had a bad stain on it. The shower made a loud sqealing sound so not enjoyable. The pool is very small so not as it appears in the picture. Breakfast was not enjoyable as the restaurant had a bad smell so it was difficult to enjoy and they only had 3% milk for cereal.

Rates quoted changed at checkout, breakfast was absolutely disgusting, restaurant had an extreme smell. Bed uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable. Heater and fan in room very loud. Bathroom fan loud broken, broken tiles, shower curtain ripped and rod hanging loose. Very disappointed in this stay. Needless to say I will not be returning.

My Guests left in one day. It’s terrible experience. Washing hands needed to go out of washroom they mentioned. Room was so filthy and bad They canceled their stay in few hours. I WASTED money for 2 Nights Stay But they left in Few Hours

Excellent staff. Excellent room. Beds good. Room quiet. Heat/cooling working well…and quietly. Pool and hot tub both open not at all crowded.

This was the first time we needed to stay in a room with our dog. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. If I needed to stay again with our dog I would not hesitate to stay here.

When I went in, I was ‘put on hold’ with a gesture because she was talking to another staff in front of her. After a few seconds, I took opportunity to bring my other stuffs in from the car while they were talking. Next day, we thought we’d go to the pool but the pool floor’s doesn’t look to be clean, like sanitized clean like other hotels, and the jets weren’t working at the hot tub so we went back to the room early. We were showering and put on the do not disturb sign on the door. We were there for only a few minutes and the cleaning crews were still around but that day the cleaning didn’t get done in our rooms. I called the service desk, I was told to go get the towels and refills at the reception myself. We were there 2 nights. We got 2 rooms. Breakfast as continental type but in a restaurant. We thought we would have a sample of the talent of the chefs but that was another missed opportunities. The Executive hotel at Richmond upgraded us to a penthouse, 4 star breakfast at the restaurant next to us. Anyhow, it was my stepdaughter’s first trip to Canada from US. I travelled a lot previously and appreciated all the hotels I’ve been to previously. I understand why the hotel looks struggling. I wish them well.

Unsafe. Had a fellow pounding on our door at 8:50 pm, waking our daughter, wgile yelling obsenities. Claiming he is switching rooms due from our 6 yearold autistic son bouncing and playing. With the noise restriction for 9:30, and the minimal amount of noise made, my wife and daughter at this point felt unsafe. Without any other communication other than a poor ypung girl at the front desk "claiming" to have removed the other guest from the hotel. No response from the hotel manager, or representative for almost two days, when the manger then contacted us asking us to allow us to give them another chance and stay with them. Very poor response, and service, from the manager all the way to the lacking service desk staff.

Very clean room and great breakfast!

The room was amazingly clean. I suffer from an extreme allergy to dust mites, I even brought my vacuum to use. The sheets, bed and room were pretty spotless. The staff wer friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub was the reason for my stay in addition to being friendly towards dogs. The free breakfast had the best waffles ive tasted in a long time. The offering of the breakfast and the cleanliness of the venue was top notch, while being simple and tasty. Couldnt be happier with my stay over Christmas

All was fine and clean. The mattresses were terrible

We were given a room with 2 queen beds. The one mattress was worn right out causing the outside edge to flatten out and the centre was raised and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We were offered to change rooms but decided to use the one queen instead. Room should never have been rented out in that condition. The toilet is built to accomodate a child since it was so low to the ground. As we are seniors it made it very difficult to use.
