No breakfast and pool under repair

My bathroom at home was way nicer than the bathroom. In the room. There was no ice and no complimentary breakfast. The microwave couldn't be plugged in because the cord didn't reach the plug. There was no air conditioning. And the fridge was so loud you had to turn up the t v to hear it. But on a good note, the t v worked well

Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Ample parking! But, probably one of the oldest hotels I have come across on Hotels.com!

Huge hotel with no guests besides us…weird vibe and no breakfast…pool was out of order and room was very dated .

This hotel should be removed from the hotel app. Pool was shut down lobby was trashed room was atrocious! We feared when we pulled in the parking lot and it looked nothing like the photos on the app. We asked to see the room which took 20 minutes for the front desk, person nice enough, but Not cut out for public customer service. Finally got an elevator that was not mechanically sound. Ended up, walking down the stairs for fear of getting trapped in the elevator. Check the room absolutely horrible. Did not stay. Did not check in. Do not recommend. Again this hotel needs to be taken off the hotels app as an option. Save yourself do not book here.

it is an old building with old rooms. the bed was clean and comfortable, the towels were very nice , the shower was wonderful and the price was right. the staff were nice and prompt with what we needed.

No pool or breakfast as advertised. Stayed for 3 days no maid service. Only one lamp worked for lite other 3 lites no work,,,coffee machine in room but no cup or coffee. Ice machine out of order, ac blew warm air

Parking was secure with good lighting.

The pool was broken, the breakfast area was under construction. The room was old and dirty. The bathtub took forever to drain. Hardly any handy plugins for phones, there were several abandoned vehicles in both parking lots, missing wheels and parked across several parking spaces. Just felt shady

This hotel is definitely rough around the edges, but it's cheap and does the trick. I was sad that the pool was closed but it sounds like maybe it's being renovated so perhaps the pool will open later better than ever.

Did not stay tried to cancel. Run down, renovations being done. Front door didn’t close, kitchen and pool were closed! Dirty. 3 people canceled at the same time!!!

this place was so awful that my daughter and i left after being in the room for 5 minutes and went to a different hotel! right from the time i stepped into the lobby i had a red flag gut feelings... the front desk guy was asking if i was travelling alone. the place was absolutely disgusting filthy. our room had hairs in the bed, curly hairs all over the bathroom and sticky dust everywhere! the room stunk of cigarette smoke, and walls and doors were filthy and streaked. this place needs to be shut down.

Old, dingy motel/hotel. Friendly staff but not knowledgeable of the area. No pool. No ice machine. Small beds. Small pillows. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to save the money.

Parking was okay. Room is clean but too loud. Pool no heater, no breakfast. Bed was so hard as well as the bedsheet is so stiff

The only main issue is the 100 dollar deposit on my credit card. Was it removed as I do not see it pending???

You get what you pay for. Pictures are deceiving. Bathroom needs a long overdue Reno.

It was a filthy property

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Inconsiderate staff and sketchy conduct.

FIRST NOTE: NO POOL soon as we drive up to the building we felt a little sketchy. It had spray paint on the building, not many cars around, parking lot was not marked with lines, no direction of where the entrance actually was. Thought maybe just old went in the desk was the only that looked decent firmly needs an upgrade. Asked about the pool and was told AHS (not them)… HAD SHUT DOWN THE POOL! Walked out and went to the sandman couple blocks away as the area itself didn't look bad.
