Nos encantó el hotel. Estuvimos en la junior suite y esta increíble. Excelente atención

Habitación vieja. En el baño el plafón estaba con humedad y cayéndose, las ventanas se les caían los empaques. No me ofrecieron la botella de vino de cortesía hasta que yo fui a reclamarla . Y cuando lo hice, el ambiente se tornó molesto.

Siempre me tratan bien pero.junca ay que te eleven de habitación o cambien por al menos una mejor como ya me he hospedado varias veces se que habitación quiero y cuál no Pero en general bien recomendado al 100

Rating: 3/10 I chose the Royal Pedregal expecting a classic CDMX experience, but the reality was quite frustrating. The hotel is relatively "fine" on the surface, but once you are in your room, the problems begin. The Room & Amenities: Non-functional equipment: Both the refrigerator and the AC were broken. Indifferent Service: When I reported the fridge, the staff literally told me, "Yeah, those don't work," and offered no fix or apology. Poor Maintenance: The shower pressure was very low, and only two out of the three elevators were functioning, leading to long waits. Facilities & Dining: Pool: I was looking forward to using the pool, but it was closed/out of service because the heater was broken. Restaurant: The food was genuinely bad. It lacked flavor and didn't meet the standard you'd expect from a hotel of this size. Overall, the hotel feels old and poorly managed. There are much better options in the Pedregal area for the same price.

Breakfast was not included, pool said it was out of service

Breakfast buffet is excellent. Ice machines are not working on all floors which is a major inconvenience.

El hotel. En general muy bueno pero ay suit que he rentado que tiene vapor pero la última no tenía y dicen los empleados que no les dan mantenimiento Deverian de mantener lla suit 4104 co. Vapor ya que he estado en la 3101 y si tenemos vapor y otras que no recuerdo soy cliente muy asiduo a este hotel
