Great place great location close to everything

We loved this hotel. It is located right on San Marco square. Access to everything you want to see. The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It also has restaurant on site. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, so convenient to seeing St Marks at night when the crowds were gone or just wanting to stop back during the day. Good breakfast included.

Staff are trying their best. Have to call out the night front desk guy (I think Marco?) Sicilian with bright orange glasses. He gave us the best restaurant recommendations and we ended up having a 3 hour dinner at the best restaurant in Venice. It's just the insane luggage porter and water taxi setup is actively overwhelming them. Constantly having to direct people to ATMs, calling for porters, it's all too much. Hotel was very clean. Only place I've stayed in Venice without visible bedbugs. TV had Chromecast which was really appreciated. Better signage and systems to allow better communication for staff between guests would go a long way. Even a WhatsApp number would help.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. The breakfast was very good. The room was manageable for 2 guests with 2 large suitcases.

Excellent hotel in prime location for St Marks Square. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast mainly continental style with scrambled eggs and bacon available. Room was very clean and serviced daily. Air con worked well and was needed. One lift services all floors. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the main sights.

Excellent customer service and extremely helpful and kind

This is an expensive and well kept property. Room wasn’t very large but pretty much practical for 2 adults, and air conditioning was good. Big issue was a flickering motion sensor light right next to the bathroom. Any movement from the bed (even while sleeping) and the light turn on. Imagine that happening all night long. I mentioned it the next morning and the staff acted like it was not a big deal. We paid a lot of money and should at the very least sleep well. The issue was resolved but no compensation was made to us for the first horrible night. Breakfast is very basic and the water stopped working in the shower for about 10 minutes while I was in the shower. It was an overall disappointment for the price tag.

Location is a very short 2 minute walk to St. Marks Square. Located in busy area but central location was easy to get anywhere. Quiet at night, good breakfast options. Very clean room. Complimentary champagne and beautiful tin with local bisquits upon arrival delivered to our room!

Great location

The property is a little ways off of St. Marks square. Not far but there is a bridge that requires dragging your luggage up them and back down. Probably 7-8 steps on each side. The room was small but very clean! They offered a yummy breakfast which was included. The hotel arranged a water taxi for us when needing a ride to the train station. Pricey at 100.00 EU but it was convenient! The staff was super nice! They even allowed us in our room 2 hours early which was a god send!

Amazing location, just 1 minute from Piazza San Marco. Close to all the important places and sites in Venice. The hotel staff coordinated all my transportation from the Port of Ravenna (cruise port) to the hotel and later to the airport, making everything a smooth and stress-free process. If I come back to Venice, I will choose this hotel again.

A wonderful hotel with a wonderful location, she steps away from San Marco Piazza. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.
