金碧輝煌，雖然很多東西古老，畢竟歷史悠久，但仍值得住上一晚。

飯店門僮歧視，覺得我住不起似的，我一共住了四晚。有2次我從外面回來，阻饒我進飯店。

下午4点，近5点也没有帮我准备好房间让我等了很久。窗口全是酒店圣诞的小霓虹灯，拉上窗帘也没有办法完全遮光影响睡眠。

服務親切專業

一间很古老的酒店,有些落后了,和酒店的名气不太符合,不太建议去住.

地點方便，古典高雅，但套房沒有附贈任何水果，餐點，咖啡茶連刀叉都沒有，有點美中不足。倫敦英國人的服務品質一流，值得一遊。交通方便，鄰近餐廳，超市等皆有。

這是一間很有歷史、非常豪華且地理位置絕佳的飯店，服務人員也相當友善，只是部分員工會在可能以為客人聽不到/聽不懂英文的地方說出自己的感覺有點不太好，服務周到但令人很有距離感

整體方面都非常不錯 由其是餐廳下午茶是非常好的體驗，美中不足的地方是窗戶外的景色是老舊公寓打開窗簾可以看到他人的廚房看到室內人的ㄧ舉一動 不敢開窗好似偷窺狂一樣～^_^ 鄰近地鐵站 可以直達機場 可以省下80英鎊的計程車費～^_^

really happy for the free upgrade to junior suites, besides the taxi transfer service is much expensive, all the service are very good

The Ritz hotel located at Green Park, just cross the park then you will reach the famous Buckingham Palace. The hotel decoration is just like a palace, no matter dining place and the room as well. The English afternoon tea is absolutely recommended.

Our stay at The Ritz London was amazing. The attention to details, superb service and welcoming staff made this the highlight of our trip to London.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels. This was the best. I had heard about the Ritz hospitality culture, but experiencing it yourself is something else.

We arrived to a very professional and friendly welcome. The checking in process was quick and smooth. The staff were all very helpful. The room was larger than expected, super clean and looked exquisite. Great attention to detail all round. Thank you, we definitely will be back here.
