酒店前台服务态度不好

Service is good. Room is clean. Food is good But WI-FI speed is too slow and not stable.

Buena ubicación y por mi estatus en expedia me hicieron ascenso a una habitación categoría signature. Atendieron mi solicitud de alergia a las alfombras y nos ubicaron en una habitación con piso cerámico. La atención del personal fue buenisima y tiene concierge en la entrada que te ayuda con todo.

The staff was very kind. The location is excellent. I Was in Room 616 and the air condition makes a lot of noise. That is my only complaint, when I checked out, I told the people at front desk

Overall, my stay at the hotel was a good experience. However, I had an unfortunate incident with one member of the valet staff that left me feeling very uncomfortable. On the first day, I used the valet service for my car. When the valet attendant came to collect my vehicle, I asked how much the parking fee was, and he told me it was 130 MXN. I gave him 150 MXN, expecting to receive 20 MXN in change, which I intended to leave as a tip. Instead, he kept the entire amount, handed me the valet ticket, and did not offer any change. I assumed he had applied the payment correctly. The following day, when I returned to pick up my car, the cashier told me I still owed 130 MXN. I explained that I had already paid the valet attendant the previous day. The cashier asked me who I had paid, but unfortunately, I had not noticed the employee's name because I did not think it would be necessary. Since they were unable to identify the valet employee who accepted my payment, I was required to pay the parking fee a second time. My concern is not the amount of money itself. What disappointed me was the apparent dishonesty of the valet attendant. If the parking fee was 130 MXN, it is unreasonable to assume that I intended to leave a 150 MXN tip. If he mistakenly believed the full amount was a tip, he had the opportunity to clarify it at the time, but he chose not to. From my perspective, this was dishonest and appeared to be intentional. I sincerely hope the hotel investigates this matter

Las instalaciones impecables, fuimos por una cita en el CAS americano, y está, prácticamente, a un costado, pasando la calle. Lo único a destacar es que al estacionamiento tienes que caminar de donde dejas el carro hacia el lobby, que está dando la vuelta a unos pasos; lo comento por la lluvia, que si está lloviendo intenso es incómodo moverte así, lo que ayuda es que el botones va por ti a la entrada del estacionamiento y un valer parking lo estaciona por ti. Ya entrando al hotel, es totalmente distinto, todo hermoso y de buen gusto 👌

Hotel & staff meet our entire expectations. Contacted for shuttling service upon arrival and they were extremely helpful & entire front staff greeted and gave amazing recommendations in regards to our plans. Hotel is monitored 24/7 & made us feel entirely safe.

It was a comfortable stay with a great location. The club lounge breakfast was lovely. The room service food was very mediocre.

This was a great place to stay. Walkable to restaurants. Loved the roof top pool put didn’t get to use due to rainy and cool days.
