酒店前台服务态度不好

Service is good. Room is clean. Food is good But WI-FI speed is too slow and not stable.

Always friendly staff and spacious room.

I think the property needs an upgrade.

The hotel is located in a central and safe location with lots of restaurants and sightseeing opportunities in the area. The buffet was a good choice but go earlier rather than later for the freshest offerings and definitely order from the egg station. The hotel itself was fine except for we had an incident where one of us in the middle of the night got up to go to the bathroom and crashed into the shower door, which is directly as you come into the bathroom, an open shower concept. Because of how the shower is designed, it is reasonable for a sleepy person to crash into it - my mother hit her head, causing headache and disorientation for the day. Thank goodness it was temporary. Several people in our party felt the pool was not appealing given that the water had a green color to it. We requested a driver to pick us up from the airport which made us feel safe and secure, especially because we came in after midnight, and she waited for us, Be prepared to pay almost double than what you will for the one-way return if you choose this option. We felt it was worth it since I was traveling alone with my teenager. Overall, we recommend this hotel, the location is superb.

La ubicación es perfecta: Te queda todo caminando en la zona de Reforma. Fuimos al trámite de renovación de VISA y literalmente está a unos pasos, lo cuál es muy cómodo. El personal fue amable y resolvieron cualquier tema a la brevedad. Cuentan con estacionamiento ($130 por día), restaurantes y una alberca en el último piso, la cual disfrutaron mucho mis hijas. Habitaciones y camas cómodas, ideales para el descanso.

Everything was great except the pool

The hotel was very well located in the neighbourhood of Reforma. Spacious, clean room with two double beds, good AC, and friendly, helpful staff. We were there for our honeymoon, and they kindly organised a bottle of wine and dessert - a sweet gesture that we really appreciated! The rooftop pool was lovely and clean, and we had a comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. There were lots of restaurants, shops, and taquerias within a 5-10 min walk, and the hotel was also ideally placed for visiting some of the must-see sights in the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Mexico City!

This is a very nice hotel. It is very clean and the staff are great. It’s got a fantastic breakfast bar. It’s got a nice restaurant in the hotel. The location is awesome, very near the independence angel. I’d stay there again.
