The Shampoo and Liquid soap are not so good

Great place to stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast had a good selection.

The hotel was in a great position for bars, restaurants and places of interest. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Rooms were large and very clean and tidy. The bar and restaurant were lovely with good value food and drink. All in all a great hotel to stay for 3 nights.

There was a massive chasm in the centre of the bed where two twins had been joined together. It made for a very uncomfortable night.

Always easy and awesome at the Rockford! I didn't get time to enjoy a buffet breakfast this time round, but they're always good!

Lovely staff and good location but at $429 per night I was expecting more than stained melamine coffee cups. The one USB port in the room was broken. There was condensation from the air conditioner dripping onto the TV and the carpet. I informed the staff but they already knew as it happens all the time. The towels are getting a bit old. Friends staying at the same hotel but different floor had proper Rockford coffee mugs and soft towels but noisy air con and couldn't get the room temperature to drop below 23.

ROOM WAS PRE PAID WITH A REWARD NIGHT INCLUDED, YET INVOICED AGAIN BY THE MOTEL WITH MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS OF CREDIT BEING ISSUED AND A NUMBER OF DAYS TO CLEAR. PARKING WAS OFF SITE NOT MENTIONED IN HOTELS DESRIPTION.
