Room was extremely cold and the air con would not go down. The coffee maker was broken.

Our door was so hard to open that it made a loud grating sound each time. The bathroom sink stopped up frequently. There were no screens on the windows, so if we opened them for fresh air, in came flies and mosquitoes. Tile grout around the bathtub was grungy.

Room was clean. Staff were nice. The desk staff were very nice.

Cons: there is no elevator, the upstairs is very hot like smoldering hot. Your upstairs room they dont have air on so when you get in there you have to turn it on to a low setting to cool the room down first night was so hot. We left air on and temperature was better second night. The tub shower is very old but water was nice and hot. Breakfast was a paid meal we choice not to do. The TV remote had no back on it so you have to push the taped batteries back in to get remote to work. Pros: the parking was included. And the location was good. Coffee maker in lobby was a nice feature it made hot chocolate,lattes, espresso and more. The male staff person was not that friendly especially when checking in but after that the housekeeper and when checking out the lady was nice.

Restaurant onsite looks like it is a Chinese food only but it offers more than that. Staff were very helpful and always available for any questions. Lots of parking, easy to get to. Definitely would stay again!

room was clean, staff was friendly. could not plug my phone into a wall jack as there were too many extension cords behind the nightstand. scared me a little, fire hazard. but, was an okay hotel, older than what I expected.

Staff was grear

The hotel was not well maintained. Could not go in the hot tub as it looked really gross. Sketchy area of town. The pictures on the website must be their very nicest room, because that’s not what our room looked like.

Very disappointing experience. The bathroom was in poor condition from the moment I checked in. The shower drain was blocked, causing water to collect while showering, which was unhygienic and extremely frustrating. On top of that, there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom, even though this is a basic amenity every hotel should offer. It’s unacceptable to charge guests for a room that hasn’t been properly inspected or maintained. Basic cleanliness and maintenance should never be overlooked. I expected much better from a Ramada by Wyndham. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed.

Need grab bars in the bathroom by the toilet and shower areas

One of the bed in the room was kind of bent in the middle and caused back pain after sleeping on it.

The bed was clean, but the shower didn’t drain and the air conditioning did not work. After a rather over warm night, struggling to sleep, they did fix the air conditioner the next day. I’m not sure I would stay there again.

The wifi in the rooms is terrible. Disappointed the pool was not available.

Good place to stay for a night. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. We didn't have any issues during our stay. It was exactly what we needed for a good night's sleep.

Awful place to stay quite dirty and our room smelt like pee.

This hotel, although clean on the surface, was quite shabby and obviously in need of upgrades. The whole hotel smelled of old stale smoke, like it had been used for smoking years ago and still had not been well aired out. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were basic. Although not a bad stay, did not seem to be up to standards for a Ramada.

The room was nice enough, bathroom is older and could really use a new toilet that isn’t from the 1980s - isn’t water efficiency a thing in the GVA? Our room was cleaned the first couple of days and then a miscommunication resulted in no cleaning for our last couple of days. All of this was fine, just things that happen but the price I was promised was not delivered. Due to FIFA games the prices were astronomical for the quality of the hotel/motel. Around $500 for Saturday night - just ridiculous! We were there to attend a family funeral not attend sports. Anyway, not impressed with being told $290 per night and ending up paying so much more. Price gouging is ridiculous.
