Excellent hotel, good value for money, very clean in all areas, helpful staff and great amenities.

The pool was full of kids having lessons and not really available to guests

Pros: Really gorgeous comfortable bed which is the main thing, I slept really well. Aircon worked well too which was good considering the temperatures we've had. Every member of staff I interacted with was absolutely lovely and really made the stay enjoyable. Good selection at breakfast Good free wifi Cons: There were quite a few flies in my room (some dead, some not) Neither of my bedside table lamps worked Before using it the bath just looked dirty. Obviously years of wear and tear there but The Pink Stuff or Barkeepers Friend should clean it. As I was showering the bath was filling up and it just looked a bit manky. The seats around the bar were very tired and some stained. Other than the service (which was fantastic) it wasn't giving 4* hotel, tbh.

We had a problem when we arrived as we had booked a Superior King Room with our dog but on arrival told we couldn't have that so downgraded to a lessor room. But the staff gave us a free drink and free parking and as we had no choice at that stage we had to accept it. Very annoying as I had called in advance to confirm the booking and that we were bringing a dog etc but thats the problem with corporates

Excellent place with good pool and sauna. Well maintained

Friendly staff. Room was great but as it was on the first floor and no lift difficult to get bags to. Restaurant food was not great and expensive.

Didn’t have breakfast as too expensive

Everything were perfect . Really enjoyed it and will go there again

Nice hotel with good amenities

We rated a three star as paying for parking was unexpected, the room although clean itself had a few maintenance issues. The shower was missing its tap and there were some markings on the wall, although it did not bother us we could not say it well maintained as a result. I also, as we were there for a night, did not seem worth troubling the staff about issues they likely already knew and would not change our stay.

The beds were very comfortable, slept so well. Shame our interconnecting room with our kids was broken. Breakfast was okay, had to wait a few mins to be seated as it was busy (10am Sunday) which was fine. Choice of foods only alright. Limited for me as I’m a gluten free vegetarian. No nuts/seeds/avocado on offer. Cereals were all sugar laden. Staff were very helpful though. Easy checkout. Quite far to get into Bristol centre if that’s where you want to visit as it’s right on the outskirts. Would stay again.

The bed was terrible, bouncy, the bathroom wash basin was too low only 2ft from the ground. I think we were give a room suitable for disabled guests. The showers water wasn't draining fast enough and flooded the bathroom. The drains kept making knocking noises when someone from another room used their bathroom. I managed do do my back in. Never booking this one again. Premier Inn is much comfortable.
