The staff is kind and polite. The location is really convenient. They provided us VIP welcome and we are impressed. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

1.有電梯 2.距puddington車站步行約5-10分鐘可達 3.房間相較其它倫敦飯店，空間算大，兩個28吋行李廂同時打開都還有空間，此次住行政房。 4.早餐不錯吃。 5.浴室備品沒有每天更新。

酒店位置特别好，闹中取静，离lancaster和paddington地铁站都很近。paddington站旁边几个快餐都有了，还有中餐、牛排什么的，tesco超市也非常方便。 我们住的是地下一层，有窗那种，很舒服。早餐也不错，尤其是omelette非常好吃。 钥匙是复古的实体钥匙，很有调调，但是也很大不好拿。 值得一提的是每天房间会给自治的饼干，超级好吃！ 总体来说，住的很开心。

We were arranged at room 602. Which is a room on the ground floor and right next to the kitchen/ restaurant and get very noisy since 630am. Apart from that , it's good. Just wish you're not given ground floor room

Room is comfortable and close to Paddington and Lancaster Underground Station Staff is polite and helpful.

洒店離Paddington 火車站，地下鐵站只是十分鐘腳程，乘HeathrowExpress 到機場只要十五分鐘，非常方便，附近有多間餐館，洒店房間清潔整齊，工作人員有禮，服務盡心，洒店餐飲亦出色，

Great staff, full of enthusiasm and passion; Great assistance from staff when we first stayed; Great location, near both Paddington and Lancaste Gate station; Room is clean and big with beautiful custom dyed fabrics; Mineral Water and home-made Cookies provided.

Amazing staff and hotel.

We loved our stay, it was quaint and quiet. The staff was helpful and accommodating with several extra things we needed. We arrived early but they called when a room was early around 12:30. We would recommend the Roseate Hotel to friends and family.

素晴らしいホテル。パディントン駅からも近く、ハイドパークまで歩いて2、3分。スタッフが優しくて、大満足でした☺️2泊してダブリンに行き、帰りの一泊もここにしました。

Excellent location (10 min walk from Paddington) and a lovely boutique hotel. Staff were super friendly and made the stay delightful

The room was spotless and charming. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was quite good and the location is perfect. My new favorite hotel in London.

Very comfortable stay. Rooms need updating. Location convenient with short 4 min walk to paddington and 5 min to Lancaster gate central line and Hyde park. Staff were lovely. Breakfast room looked nice and prices reasonable. Place badly needs a room decor face lift . But felt like staying at a relatives guest room…cosy comfy in a more traditional way
