My room, which was a single room, was too small to contain a proper desk so only 2 coffee tables were present instead, but overall speaking it was nice and in good condition. Location is good, just few minute walk from the major spots of Firenze. Its rooftop cafe is a special mention, from which you can view the fabulous night scene of Firenze The breakfast was great and with many choices, the best one among all accommodations of my Italy trip.

The property was nicely located and easily accessible from the train station. My only dissatisfaction with the hotel related to my room smelling like smoke every evening. I mentioned it to the front desk and he sent someone up who didn’t even enter the room before saying he didn’t smell any smoke. The second night was even worse and the front desk told me that it is a no smoking hotel so I am not smelling smoke - how bizarre are response to as that! In addition my wife and I went up to the rooftop garden in the mid-afternoon and there were two employees up there smoking. They put the fan on and the smoke was blowing right toward where we were sitting. Oh well, if you don’t mind your room smelling like smoke I recommend this hotel. 💨

This place was great beautiful room. We had to get a room here bc our Vrbo reservation was a total mess. It was rented asan entire home and turned out to be a room in a home full of people along with a huge German Shepard.

The place is well located in San Marco. Not super close to all the crazy action of San Giovanni but close enough to walk and not feel like you are super far away. Shower is small and the water pressure was only good on the cold side. Pressure went down as soon as you turn to hot water so showering wasn't great. Other than that, all was good. Breakfast was fine and did the job.

Hotel Cellai was deeply disappointing due to concerns about the hotel’s overall security, room privacy, and guest accommodations. During our stay, a man entered our room “unannounced” while my wife was resting. The entire staff did not take the matter serious. Proper locks should be added to avoid entry.

The single rooms have no window. They are situated on a wooden staircase up to a roof garden. The noise at night goes on until past midnight as people descend the wooden stairs chatting loudly . The staff are lovely and helpful. The breakfast is great and the position of the hotel is very central.

Enjoyed a very pleasant stay whilst exploring Florence. The staff are lovely and the hotel is a comfortable base.

En el servicio de habitación a diario la cama solo la cerraban, no la hacían ni estiraban. La habitación daba a la calle y era muy ruidosa durante la noche. El personal de la recepción bien, nada especial. En cuanto al desayuno creo que faltaba variedad de pan y que la fruta estuviera picada, no entera.

Absolutely lovely little boutique hotel! Some lovely decor, a great continental style breakfast choice, and lovely, welcoming staff! Also a big shout out to the very friendly bar man in the bar who makes the best cocktails!

Very clean rooms, staff very friendly, breakfast is delicious. This is the second time we stay here and we love it! Will come back again. Location is close to all main attractions.

Camera pulita ma senza bidet; piccola ma comoda. Letto confortevole. Silenziosa.

Buena ubicacion, personal muy amable. Desayuno correcto.

Funny how the bidet is right in front of toilet. Rooftop is nice for a drink.
