Best hotel experience in Venice, bar none

在我訂房時沒想到房間是這樣的大，房間擺設優雅有如五星級酒店，酒店服務員態度非常好，還會介紹旅遊行程給你參加，晚間會送水及朱古力很貼心。早餐豐富好吃，酒店在聖馬可教堂後面去任何景點都方便，總括來說直得推介。

Tout le personnel se plie en quatre pour faire de votre séjour un conte de fée. Ce fût notre cas. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec des produits frais, et avec le sourire. Notre chambre, pourtant classique, a été l'objet de toute l'attention du personnel de l'hôtel, du bagagiste au personnel de chambre en passant par la réception. Tout était parfait, magique👌👌👌🌹🌹🌹

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean. There were some issues with the sink and shower drain, but overall a pleasant stay.

Great location with short walks to all the great restaurants, shopping, Piazza San Marco, Saint Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, & the docks. But also with just the right amount of distance that we weren’t bothered by excess noise from all the people wandering the alleys. Staff was wonderful. Allow them to arrange your water taxi rides to/from the airport or train station so you are dropped off or picked up right from their lobby (fair pricing too!). Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is an odd odor that makes everything feel musty & the stairs leading to our floor that were quite the trip hazard. Rooms are opulent & comfortable overall.

Nice location, close to St Marks, many restaurants and stores while also quiet. Breakfast was amazing, best we had in Italy.

Small but confortable, great breakfast and close to everything, staff is kind and helpful. I higher recommend it.

We booked this particular hotel on the strength of the lovely photographs of the rooms, as part of a 3 major city tour of Italy as a 30th wedding anniversary treat to ourselves. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.... we were given what we felt was the smallest room in the house (my husband is 6'2" and had to walk around the room stooping down to avoid banging his head on some of the rafters) it was in the roof, very dark due to a tiny window, and very hot despite the air conditioning. But, the breakfast staff were excellent and the location was the absolute best, literally 2 minutes walk from St Marks for example.

Hotel staffs was friendly and helpful, room was clean and gorgeous, and view from the room was to kill for. Everything was perfect.

Location was great

Unbelievable hotel ! We had the family suite for our family of 5. Felt similar to the Ritz Carlton inside our room. We wish we would have stayed longer ! Perfect location , very comfortable room and spotless. It was like a fairytale room in a children’s book with a princess . These were the words of our children . We totally agree !

Nous avons passé un bon week-end en famille. L’hôtel est très propre, chambre rénovée récemment, bien placé juste à côté de la place Saint-Marc. Petit plus : le taxi (en motoscafo) pour l'île de Murano offert par l'hôtel.

Close to San Marco Square and the Doge Palazzo (Palazzo Ducale). Great food every where. Great location. Will stay again. notes: Arrival Took the Vaporetto from the train to San Marco (San Zaccaria). Leave Alilaguna to Marco Polo.
