Imødekommende personale, pænt og rent, god aircon

This hotel is in a perfect location! Central to many of the city attractions. However, our shower had half walls all the way around which caused water to flood the bathroom and we were constantly slipping. In addition, my husband got locked in the bathroom because the door jammed. We had to call maintenance to get him out. The staff was very nice and moved us to a new room the next day. So if you are put on the first floor, check that you are getting a full shower!

Charme de l’ancien, cet hôtel est un musée! Extrêmement bien situé dans le quartier historique de Palerme. Chambre très propre. Bon restaurant au 4 eme étage. Petit déjeuner parfait. À refaire

Det er en flott gammel bygning hvor stilen er bevart men rommene mangler oppussing. Vannlekasje i taket på badet. Ble stoopet under oppholdet men totalt veldig slitte og stuslige rom.

Mycket centralt läge. Otroligt vacker byggnad. Mycket bra frukost. Spumante till alla vid ankomst. Bra restaurang högst upp.

Vi skulle bruge hotellet i 3 dage i forbindelse med festivallen. Perfekt beliggenhed, og vi nød optoget fra hotellets terrasse. Utroligt flinkt og hjælpsomt personale.

It was absolutely impossible to go by car to the hotel, so we decided to go somewhere else.

Uma estadia excelente. O hotel é lindo, com toda a atmosfera de um palácio histórico no coração de Palermo, localização boa e staff atencioso. Café da manhã é delicioso. Uma observação importante para hóspedes que chegam de carro: o acesso de veículos ao hotel é mais complexo do que aparenta, devido às restrições de ZTL e às ruas estreitas do centro histórico. Recomendamos contatar o hotel com antecedência para obter instruções precisas de acesso. De resto, tudo perfeito.

Outstanding central location. Very clean and and modern rooms in a historic hotel. Prosecco glass at check-in is a nice touch. Very helpful staff.

Great location, was a little concern about bedding, noise, and overall quality of room based on feedback but was pleasantly surprised with hotel. It is an old hotel, so something aren’t going to be perfect given the age but the location was perfect if you wanted to be close to major sites and restaurants.
