Noice from the lobby i can hear at my hotel room on 2/F Manager told me that she doesn’t know how to solve the problem as the room is provided to me. No other rooms was offered and customer service was not good enough for problem solving

First time staying here and it was excellent for the price point, especially with free parking. Rooms plenty big enough, clean, if a little dated but that is minor point only, food in the evening was good and reasonably priced, breakfast was also good. Would give this another look and stay again if on business in that area.

Room smelt damp and musty. Windows don’t open and heating was on full whack when we got there leaving us unable to sleep with the heat, and air con took hours to cool the room down. Breakfast was awful, massive downfall since we were last there 8 months ago. Eggs were snotty, sausages were either not cooked enough or burnt and beans were watered down. Staff had kids running in and out and shouting made it really difficult to enjoy an already terrible breakfast. We left 2 hours before check out on our anniversary away as our stay was awful. I have never complained to a hotel in my life, but I feel it’s necessary for the awful stay we had.

Breakfast wasn’t good first morning no eggs no tomatoes 2 rashers of bacon left and hard, next day was better. Room could do with the decor updating (319)

A great place to stay overnight. The beds felt like they needed replacing soon. It didn’t help that my room had a link door and I could hear most of the conversation from the couple in the next room, through the link door. The breakfast was excellent. Thank goodness they didn’t get up to anything else!! The breakfast was excellent. I had a great choice. I would return again if I could guarantee no link doors in the room!

Easy, quick check in. Friendly and informative staff, 24 hour manned front desk, parking inclusive. Food and beverages good. Close to transport links for Merseyside and Greater Manchester. Would happily stay here again,
