酒店整體比較舊，酒店職員說話不老實，我們詢問他們怎樣去玻璃島，他說可以幫我們叫水上的士免費的，點知原來係去咗過玻璃厰裏面強迫我們參觀

很大且乾淨的房間,離廣場超近.早餐豐富.附近生活機能好,缺點是員工態度普普,但房間還是強力推薦喔!!

The staff was superb. They were very attentive and spoke excellent English which was a plus. They steered us to the best restaurants. The problem is the hotel itself. It’s in bad need of a refurbishment. That aside, our stay was very good

No fue tan clara la información del hospedaje. Pero al final estuvo bien. Aunque fuera de la habitación, el piso estaba bastante desordenado y poco aseado

The location is the best thing: steps from Piazza San Marco, the heart of Venice. Great staff, very helpful.

Pillows were like a piece of wood. Breakfast was OK a bit mass produced

Avoid this unless there is absolutely no other good option available. There was no iron, bedsheets sofa was really bad and I was worried if there are bed bugs or hygienic. Hotel staff are rude. Hair dryer is a joke! Location only is perfect ! That’s the only good thing about this hotel.

We liked the proximity to everything.

Room was old but had most of what we needed. Had a small kitchen area with microwave, sink and refrigerator but there were no dishes or utensils or paper towels. Electric outlets were a little difficult since we had adapters and converters and they didn’t want to stay plugged in. The location was excellent and the staff was helpful. It was great for a short stay.

Breakfast was included, but avoid American/English options (overcooked eggs, dry toast). Everything else was delicious.

It was old hotel. Room was really cold, no heating at 5 degree C at the lowest was not comfortable. Breakfast was not as expected. May not be an option for next time.

冷蔵庫に前の客が飲んだ水が残っているペットボトルがあった。 部屋からフロントへの電話は、機械はあったが繋がっておらず、自分の携帯電話でフロントに電話しなければならなかった。 ホテルに出したリクエストに返事が無かったので、リクエストは聞き入れられたと思っていたが、そうでは無かった。客が出したリクエストに回答もしないのは失礼。 安いホテルであれば仕方がないが、この料金を取るホテルのサービスとしては不十分。 ２度と宿泊しない。

This hotel was all about location and fabulous breakfast. If you are going to stay here, you have to keep in mind that you will be traveling into Venice via water and then uneven ground and bridges with your luggage. The hotel is a labrynth of corridors and steps ... also a challenge with luggage. The room was comfortable enough. There was a kitchen, but no plates, knives or forks ... nothing actually, not even a jug for hot water. The bathroom was fine.
