整體都不錯,接待和清掃人員親切,地點很好,附近很多餐館,但就是房間有點小,網路很慢

I did not like having the loft for sleeping. It was hot up there at night and getting up and down the stairs at night was challenging. But the size of the room and bath was fine.

The young desk agents were helpful and kind to an American of first time in Paris. I was not aware or notice of any amenities - other than free water or playing pool. I just felt like I had a clean room and bed (although quite small) and like I was being watched rather than welcomed in the lobby.

Offiziell ist die Villa Pantheon ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Lage und der Blick auf das Pantheon aus dem 6. Stock sind tatsächlich hervorragend. Leider endet dort der positive Eindruck weitgehend. Beim Check-in gab es keinerlei Hilfe mit dem Gepäck. Die angebliche Hotelbar existierte offenbar eher theoretisch als praktisch. Die Zimmerreinigung schwankte zwischen o.k. und komplett ausgefallen. Einmal wurde unser Zimmer gar nicht gereinigt, Handtücher blieben aus, Mülleimer wurden tagelang nicht geleert. Ein benutztes, offenbar zweckentfremdetes Handtuch lag zwei Tage dekorativ über dem Schreibtischstuhl und blieb selbst bei Abreise liegen. Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt stark abgewohnt: zerkratzte Möbel, beschädigte Oberflächen, fleckiger Lampenschirm, schmutzige Zierkissen, verbeulter Mülleimer und ein notdürftig repariertes Rollo. Die Klospülung funktionierte nur nach dem Zufallsprinzip und die Klimaanlage schaffte bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur trotz maximaler Einstellung nur etwa 24 Grad im Zimmer. Positiv waren lediglich Bettgröße und Matratzen. Der Service hingegen erreichte seinen Tiefpunkt bei der Abreise: Hilfe mit dem Gepäck gab es nicht, stattdessen wurden wir lediglich beobachtet, wie wir mit der Tür beim Gehen kämpften. Fazit: hervorragende Lage und schöne Aussicht, aber ein Hotelzustand zwischen Renovierungsstau und Comedy-Sketch. Selbst auf unsere Kritik beim Check-out reagierte die Rezeption nur mit einem knappen „Oh“ – ohne Nachfrage oder Interesse.

Overall it is a quite nice hotel, located in a very convenient part of Paris. Clean and well maintained. One exception was the light in one of the two elevators was out for a couple of days, so we rode it in the total darkness. The other elevator had working light. Also they do not provide some consumables as hotels in some other countries do. They may provide them if you ask, we did not ask, because we brought our own supplies.

The staff was wonderful very helpful - and location was amazing....short walk to great restaurants, the seine, notre dame, louvre parks and the Pantheom literally around the corner - and a great wine store across the street!

Room 153 in the Villa is large and quiet. We loved the window that opened to the pretty courtyard. The breakfast is very overpriced. The hotel overall is rather tired looking. We had mildew in the shower. Even with those issues we throughly enjoyed our stay and felt it was a good value for the money. Excellent location with a10 minute walk to the Seine.

Frukostmenyn var lite begränsad. Hade räknat med mer på ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Rummet var extremt varmt, fläkt/AC fungerade inte.

I like this old style hotel a lot. It is quiet and yet close to centre. Good food near. Except for one thing. The soap was taken from our room. It was 007 make and replaced with rubbish that has grit in handwash. And new scent not like 007!! Minor but noticed the difference

Overall I had a very good stay at Villa Pantheon. Excellent central location and Close to metro, restaurants, Pantheon, St Michel, Notre Dame…

Excellente adresse dans le 5eme. Rapport qualité/prix correct par rapport aux autres établissements. Recommande.

The location was very good and many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are the typical small size for Paris. The small bar had an old fashion feel to it (in a good way.) The staff were very nice and helpful.

Bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet.

Villa Pantheon is really well located to hit the major tourist spots. Rooms on courtyard level are very spacious. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly and the hotelnisnexcellent for those with accessibility issues. Breakfast is good but basic in choice. Would recommend.
