非常有特色的一間酒店！每一幅畫每一件傢俬每一樣擺設都充滿着古典的味道，甚至後花園都非常美！房間乾淨衛生，亦比我預期寬敞。入住後，酒店會提供一套茶具和鮮奶，非常貼心。每日三點至四點會有下午茶提供，有小茶電供客人在客廳享用。另有一個honestly bar, 客人可按自己喜好嘗試不同的酒類，無需立即付款，只需要自己在旁邊的簿子上寫上姓名和房間號，退房的時候才結算，非常特別！

1) A unique antique accommodation experience in a 18th century mansion. 2) Helpful staff. 3) Cozy and comfortable living room & bar for all hotel guests to enjoy. 4) Hotel management may try to make the rooms more user-friendly, e.g.1) you are not encouraged to take a shower, otherwise, you will flood the bathroom since no shower curtain provided. e.g.2) Due to its wooden structure, you cannot have a quiet sleeping environment, for you can hear every movement from your neighbours, especially the ones staying in the room above you.

Clean, cozy, with olde English charm. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Quiet at night. The soaking bath was fabulous and luxurious. Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds.

Excellent Hotel -different but super staff and interesting rooms, good location to get around the city

This is such a great spot. Staff was incredibly welcoming and the bed was so comfortable. I'm traveling for work and can't wait to stay here again. So much history in this hotel.

Such a wonderful stay. Quaint, beautiful, well located, right next to the train to Heathrow, would stay again.

Our room was quirky, quiet and comfortable, and service was impeccable from the moment we arrived. Being greeted by Bagheera the cat was a bonus! There are countless restaurants nearby for dinner and our room service breakfast including Brick Lane bagels was incredible! The two honesty bars in the lounges were also well stocked and a nice touch. One small thing - the bathroom it our room was very much designed for style over function. The shower was difficult to get to the right temperature and left the bathroom floor covered with water. Overall we had a brilliant stay.

walls were thin, windows were old and not sound proof. It wasn't a modern comortable hotel, which I expected for £429 for the night. No shower. Only a bath
