非常有特色的一間酒店！每一幅畫每一件傢俬每一樣擺設都充滿着古典的味道，甚至後花園都非常美！房間乾淨衛生，亦比我預期寬敞。入住後，酒店會提供一套茶具和鮮奶，非常貼心。每日三點至四點會有下午茶提供，有小茶電供客人在客廳享用。另有一個honestly bar, 客人可按自己喜好嘗試不同的酒類，無需立即付款，只需要自己在旁邊的簿子上寫上姓名和房間號，退房的時候才結算，非常特別！

It's really nice.

1) A unique antique accommodation experience in a 18th century mansion. 2) Helpful staff. 3) Cozy and comfortable living room & bar for all hotel guests to enjoy. 4) Hotel management may try to make the rooms more user-friendly, e.g.1) you are not encouraged to take a shower, otherwise, you will flood the bathroom since no shower curtain provided. e.g.2) Due to its wooden structure, you cannot have a quiet sleeping environment, for you can hear every movement from your neighbours, especially the ones staying in the room above you.

Plausible time travel decor - ambience conjures late 18th, early 19th c origin of building (in fact very eclectic but why quibble). Room comfortable and nothing lacking. Was provided with french press coffee maker for coffee service in mornings, nice touch. Plumbing also a whiff of days long gone: claw-foot tub with brass handles and regulator.

I absolutely cannot wait to stay here again. It is absolutely stunning and the staff is so friendly.. the beds were comfortable and the bathtub was the perfect thing to come home to after a long day of walking in the city. The little lounge areas sporadically placed along the ground floor were also beautiful and made the stay feel more home-y. We also love a property that includes a friendly cat.. haha ;)

Wonderful boutique hotel. Lovely bedrooms and communal lounges. Fab location for the Barbican, easy walking distance. We took breakfast in the library which was really special. The staff could not do enough for us, we will definitely be going back.

A lovely, atmospheric place very conveniently located to the train station and other sites. Several nooks for curling up with a book if you desire. My room on the top floor was gorgeous and a decent size. Depending which room, you may have to navigate stairs, but that was no issue for me. The huge bathtub was heaven for me, as I prefer baths to shower. Someone else might not like that. Staff were friendly and I truly appreciated that my room was available early so it was ready after my long journey. Only big drawback for me was the lack of readily available coffee or tea on premises without ordering room service.

Fantastisk personal på ett väldigt speciellt hotell där mysigt möter elegans. Jag och min pojkvän bodde i ett superiorrum på tredje våningen, Mary Lane, och blev supernöjda. Kan definitivt rekommendera hotellet! Även läget är bra, ligger knappt 3 minuters gång från Farringdons station som tar dig till Tottenham Court på mindre än 5 miniuter.

Very historical. Everything was great staff, cleanliness, breakfast, location and best of all we got a upgrade to a stunning 4 poster bed room

Great location close to tube station. Absolutely charming and lovely place. Excellent staff. Bagheera was especially welcoming. Courtesy bar amazing best gins, too.

Un hotel con un encanto especial, típico británico. Las áreas comunes, así como las habitaciones, tienen un aire antiguo muy bien conservado sin sentirse pesado. La habitación es muy cómoda y acogedora.

The Rookery was fabulous! The building is full of history, the decor is exquisite, and the staff is amazing. We had traveled to four different countries and stayed in six hotels. The Rookery by far was the absolute best one - hands down! It was the perfect ending to our trip.

Älskar detta hotell!

Clean, cozy, with olde English charm. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Quiet at night. The soaking bath was fabulous and luxurious. Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds.

Excellent Hotel -different but super staff and interesting rooms, good location to get around the city

This is such a great spot. Staff was incredibly welcoming and the bed was so comfortable. I'm traveling for work and can't wait to stay here again. So much history in this hotel.
