住宿环境非常好，行政房非常大，有单独的阳台，有免费的泳池和健身房，周边比较清净，自助早餐也比较丰富！

房间很大，服务很好，泳池不错，出差长选

这次自驾游出行，选择了regency park hotel, 酒店的入住体验是个不小的体验哦。订的 2人间，空间比其他差不多同价格酒店要大许多，周围环境也很好啊，没有出行安排的时候，酒店旁边的小镇旁边的马场外围转了几次，拍了很多美照。因为没有订带早餐的房间，没有体验酒店的餐厅食物和服务，下次有机会还会继续选择这家哦！

Good hotel great steam room sauna and pool

Like Fawlty Towers but in a much bigger scale!! Lift - out of order Jacuzzi - out of order Clean - you kidding me??!! Never go near the place!!

Lift "Out of Order", Jacuzzi "Out of Order", Chef "Out of Order". This is not a 4 star hotel, they seem to be struggling to maintain it and staff it sufficiently. After waiting one hour ten minutes for our food, two out of three meals were awful; dry, tasteless and covered in red chillies to disguise them. Most staff were lovely, they have a tough job there though.

Lift been out of action all the time we have visited over the last year, 2 tea bags could have done with at least 4 24 hour reception but had to wait 20 mins for anyone to appear to give us our room key

Good hotel for the price, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms

Stayed one night, room only. This is a great option if staying in the area. Very pleasant reception area and helpful staff. Our room on first floor was very lcomfortable and large enough for a sofa and sitting area with TV. Spacious bathroom. The only criticism is that the fittings are a bit outdated but worked fine. The pool is nice although the jacuzzi was out of action. We didn’t use it but there is a large fitness area with all the usual equipment. Plenty of free parking out front. Excellent value with Hotels.com.

Overall the hotel was a bit tired looking and in need of an update. Bathroom was not as clean as would be expected, particularly around the shower screen where black dirt had accumulated. We appeared to have been upgraded to a larger room, which was appreciated. However one of the sofa seats was worn and ripped. The staff were friendly and helpful but there were no receptionists on the desk at check out.

Broken lift. Leaking roof. Broken shower. Broken toilet. Broken window.

The hotel was ok. We booked an executive double room, areas of it could do with updating the sofa was very hard and stained. We were on tbe ground floor but we’rel left with no choice but to sleep with the patio door open as the heating was blasting out. The Spa is in need of some serious attention, the Jacuzzi has clearly been out of action for months, and it doesn’t look like anything is going to be done about fixing it any time soon. The changing rooms are in need of a deep clean and tbe chairs in the spa reception are all in need of replacement as all have ripped upholstery. One evening we went to the bar the glasses we were given were dirty (both had visible lipstick marks) breakfast was adequate for the price, but fairly basic.

Very friendly staff clean tidy nice massage staff, shame the hot tub did not work but really enjoyed our stay

Staff were good everything else not good. Was obviously a very nice hotel in past. Been used to house asylum seekers? Could be restored to former but will take time
