Lovely large hotel rooms in a quiet neighborhood. They have plenty of outlets at the bedsides. Robes & slippers provided. Bathroom lovely with well appointed toiletry products. Very clean. Water, tea and coffee machine (Nespresso) provided in room. Front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. I needed to extend my stay and they were able to help me. Restaurant and bar at the hotel is also very nice, good food, clean and staff is friendly and accommodating.

The location is excellent; close to restaurants, coffee shops and easy access to the TTC subway. You can go right from the subway to the hotel without having to go outside. The room looked like it had recently been renovated. Everything had a newness about it. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The parking charge was a bit of a surprise, as was the Municipal Accomodation Tax. Electric charging was mentioned, but it was a 4 hour maximum - so when you arrive at 8pm, you have to make sure you go an unplug your car before midnight or you risk getting towed. The pillows were terrible & the mattress felt old. For the amount we paid (over $300 for one night) it was not worth the money.

Overall, the stay was okay, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, the sound insulation was very poor, I could easily hear noise from the hallway, which affected my sleep.

Rooms were clean location great near Stadium. Arrive early so not to be delayed for a concert as check in process was long for many.
