hotel very clean. staff nice. when i check out. i forget take my iphone. when i call hotel. staff denial very soon anser me find my ipad alredy. and keep for me. thanks

第一天给我房间很差，还告诉我是很好的房间。

前台服务是我在欧洲遇到的最差的服务了。酒店条件非常一般

酒店的性价比还可以，离地铁和轻轨2号有点远，最近的是4号和6号轻轨。服务还是很热情的，房间虽小也够用了。

A disappointed hotel with duty wash room.

早餐很丰盛 欧陆早餐； 房间照片不符，客房实际比较小，卫生间卫生标准有待提高；位置便利，周围有餐厅，酒吧，超市。离地铁6mins

Room is OK, kind of small and old, I don't like they make soap and shampoo in one, no provide body lotion. Breakfast is nice. Elevators are small and slow. Location is Ok, not very far away from subway station. For a business trip stay, it is good enough.

我9月底去住3個晚上，飯店在巷弄內，早上叫叫taxi 要等5到10分鐘才有車。房間很乾淨，但空間不大，格局很怪，我猜原是一張床的房間硬塞了2張床，桌子卡在房間入口擋到進出動線。櫃檯只有1個接待人員，稍嫌不足。早餐還可以，這個價位算cp值高的。

The room was so nice and the staff very kind and helpful.

Stay was great. Decent location, very close to tram stop (4 & 6) & close to bustling nightlife. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelettes which were made fresh outside on the patio (by the loveliest man!). Nice touch of football shaped chocolates on front desk (as stayed for Champions League Final). Would definitely stay again!

Gostei da nossa estadia no hotel. Estávamos de carro e o hotel tem garagem. Se estiver com muitas malas pega o elevador e já está dentro do hotel. O quarto que fiquei era pequeno, mas com frigobar e ar condicionado. Não tomei café no hotel, mas eles oferecem maçãs, bombons e água gratuitos. A única desvantagem é a localização. Fica longe das áreas mais turísticas e a 10minutos do metro ou tram.

Well located hotel with nice rooms. Just a bit on the expensive side (overly so) seeing as I visited the weekend of the Champions League final. Left a bitter taste to have to pay as much. Couldn’t fault it in other aspects though.

Stayed in the hotel after the Champions League final. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were welcoming on arrival. The buffet breakfast was okay. The only real negative was the ridiculous price paid per night due to the football in Budapest.

Hotel is in a good area, with cafes and bars nearby and very close to the river. I hired a cycle for my stay and was able to leave it in the hotels garage, which I appreciated . The lighting in the lifts was so dim it was difficult to see the control panel and I often pressed the wrong floors by mistake as it was so dark. Breakfast was good with a selection of choices, but none of my plates were ever cleared from my table, not sure why but staff ignored them

I've stayed a few times in Leonardo hotels and I think the brand is a good value for the money. This time I stayed in a junior suite and it was quite spacious, bed comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing I can say as a negative aspect is the size of the shower. But very much happy with my stay.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. its not really near the city centre but the metro is not far away, and it was a surprise to learn that every sunday their is a small market right next to the hotel in the park.
