King Deluxe Room, 相信除房大一點並沒有用什麼好處, 冷氣制是壞的, 完全不能控制, 但有風可以用. 窗門玻璃很髒, 像幾年沒有清潔. 地版吱吱聲, 床褥並不舒適, 隔音差可聽到隔離房間交談, 門口就是電梯很吵上加吵, 衞生程度一般感覺毛巾沒有深層清潔算是可以用, 整體體驗就是非常差, 但就是沒有一個點衰到極致而要即時投訴或換房. 或者說, 他就像只需要半價的 Holiday Inn 那種狀態, 但就換了個叫 Hilton 的名字. 早餐也是像免費的差不多, 沒有好了多少. 總體而言, 酒店風格很英國, 錢給多了, 但所有事情不變.

Good value

Very friendly staff on arrival. Great breakfast, good variety.

Hotel very clean. Really good amenities. Room spotless. Bar staff lovely. Breakfast fab. One little gripe was we down to the pool and it was full of children having a swimming lesson. Perhaps times of these could be advertised to hotel residents in advance.

We had a nice stay overall, and the room itself was lovely with a great location. However, on arrival we noticed the mugs in the room were a little dirty, and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Unfortunately, after flagging this to staff, the issues weren't resolved, and we ended up having to go out and buy our own shampoo. The stay was enjoyable, but a few extra attention-to-detail checks would go a long way.

Room was very clean spotlight needed replacing and the corner of the curtain had come off the hook.

Rooms were very clean and tidy, staff were really helpful but the gym and swimming pool closes very early with was disappointing

Very average Hilton right in the middle of Nottingham city centre. Hotel was ok nothing very special- rooms small but ok and public areas pretty limited. Area around the hotel not great- felt a bit sketchy to be honest. Short walk to the Lace Market area which is a nicer spot

Check in was smooth. Nicolas upgraded both of our rooms and provided a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and we ended up taking breakfast the next morning, which was buffet style, but hot and tasty. The only thing that stopped us giving 5 stars is that we could hear the street below at times

If you're driving make sure you read the car park instructions and take Google maps to the nearby multi storey. Driving to this hotel is impossible. So many roads shut to cars. We went around in circles for half an hour, and Google was not accurate for the hotel. Great central location.

Breakfast was 10/10 , staff 10/10 was a great hotel and a real genuine experience

Clean and comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Staff very helpful. Location in Nottingham is good for parking, shopping or night life.

Room could’ve been cleaner. Floor wasn’t vacuumed properly and the bathroom mirror had water marks on. Staff were helpful on arrival.

Everything was great except no TV service. Room not very large.

A great city centre hotel

The plug in the sink in our bathroom could not be fixed as reception called us at 10pm asking if we wanted to swap rooms! We were in bed! And no hot water the next morning throughout the whole hotel
