At the beginning when we booked this hotel and read the reviews and had a little bit worry about the smelly cause it is pets welcomed. But when we lived in, totally don’t need to worry about it. The hotel staff are very kind and polite. Thumbs up.

We had planned to stay here for 3 nights, but we only lasted one night. The air conditioning could not keep up with the July heat, we did not have hot water for showers, we were given one lumpy pillow per bed and the room/hallway had a terrible vinegar smell. The breakfast was good. This place needs some updates!

This hotel is minutes from the Acropolis and restaurant row. Walking distance to everything. Staff was friendly and told us things to avoid. Wifi was reliable and breakfast was good although it was basically the same thing everyday. Omelets could be ordered by request. The old style elevators were unique. Highly recommend this hotel.

INHO, this hotel was awful. The lobby had a leaking ceiling when we came in. The elevator smelled of mold. When we got into the room, the bathroom smelled of mold and we found cut fingernails on the bed. We called the front desk and asked them to clean the room one more time, he said there was no staff on duty and offered us some sheets to change ourselves. When we stripped off the sheets we found a bunch of hairs underneath! That did it for us. We decided to leave the hotel and found another hotel at the last minute, Wyndham Athens Residence. Let me tell you, it was like night and day. If I ever visit Athens again, I’m staying at Wyndham Athens Residence! Also, Airotel Parthenon refused to refund my money. Expedia wasn’t very good in helping getting me a refund. So I’m not giving them any props.

The breakfast was as good and more varied than many we've had at more expensive places and constantly replenished. The staff was always smiling and eager to help with anything we needed. The ice cold water cooler in the hallway was a very nice touch for the Athens climate. AC worked perfectly. The third of the triple bed was pretty hard and the rooms a bit small but for the price and the great location just minutes to Plaka, you couldn't ask for more.

Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Les seuls points positifs sont le réceptionniste, qui a été très gentil et accueillant, ainsi que l’emplacement, qui est pratique pour visiter Athènes. En revanche, le reste est totalement inacceptable. La chambre était extrêmement sale, avec des photos à l’appui. Le ménage n’avait manifestement pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Seuls les draps semblaient propres ; tout le reste était sale. L’hôtel est très vétuste et mal entretenu. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain, une énorme quantité de poussière un peu partout, ainsi qu’un flexible de douche cassé (photos à l’appui). Le plus choquant a été de découvrir des croix gammées dessinées sur les murs, ce qui est totalement inadmissible et renforce le sentiment d’abandon de l’établissement. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. C’est dommage, car avec un personnel d’accueil agréable et un bon emplacement, il pourrait être bien mieux si la propreté et l’entretien étaient enfin pris au sérieux.

The staff was great! The front desk, breakfast staff, and especially the evening bartender were great! Great location to visit the Parthenon and shopping in the Plaka district. I appreciated the amenity of cold filtered water immediately available. The AC units definitely need some updating as it took a good while for the room to cool, and even at that, the room never cooled to its potential, often not cooling past 24 degrees Celsius, despite setting the cooling temperature below 24.

Perfect location to center of the city and all attractions. Market was amazing with great food options .

Had a great honeymoon stay at this hotel! They gave us the penthouse which had a huge balcony with an excellent view. Breakfast was simple but great each day

Location is their plus as it is right there where you need to be The staff was great, so helpful with taxi and restaurant reservations.

It is steps away from the Parthenon and subway. The front desk staff were phenomenal!! They helped us navigate everything!

Localização absurda !!! A poucos metros da Acrópole, do museu da acrópole e de muitos restaurantes. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Funcionários prestativos, quarto amplo e com varanda. Amei !!! Recomendo.
